Tony was the tech that came to my house. He performed a water softener check up on an existing softener to a house I had just purchased. He was extremely informative and helpful! I was extremely satisfied with the service and would highly highly recommend to anyone needing service on a water softener.

Ordered this service on Angie's list. The call back to schedule service was the next day. Date was set for one of my preferred days. Technician was on time and very courteous. I was very satisfied with the work and my R/O system is working like new. I would recommend Gordon water service to others.

Installers were on time and very efficient. They took the time to clean the area where the old system was and even laid tile in that area. They made sure system was working properly and explained in detail how to maintain and operate the system. The only negative thing I can say is that when you ask for the 15% discount they offer for members of Angie's List they tell you that your labor warranty goes from 10 years to 1 year. You are getting a contractors price so labor is only for 1 year. I still took the discount and just hope the unit is as good as they claim and I won't need any repairs. The unit still has a 10 year warranty on all parts.

Tom D. and company really stepped up and resolved our hard water issues. We had very hard organic water and it was even green and stinky! They provided a new water conditioning system that simply erased any evidence of unclean, hard water. Their follow up and professionalism is second to none, extremely happy with the results, thanks!

We currently used Besco for our water softener. After going to home show we decided we wanted the Kinetico system which we thought we could only get from Gordons. Salesman started off good, showed us the product and told us Besco sells product as well but they could not sell to us do to territories each company can sell to. Out of curiosity my husband made a trip to Besco to check on system there. We were told the same exact system was $1,500 less but that they could not sell it to us. My husband then called salesman at Gordons figuring we would get the same price there. Salesman told us that Besco should not have told us their price and it didnt matter because that was his price and we had to pay the higher amount. My husband then called the manufacturer to let them know we wanted the system but were not paying 1,500 extra because of were we live. Didnt get a call back so husband called again. After some more time salesman finally called to tell us we could pay Bescos price this one time. He said he would call back to schedule install. Three days later he called to say someone could come out the next morning. After all the waiting we got one days notice but were so happy to be finally getting it we didnt mind. From that point on all went ok and we now have the system at the price we wanted. Definitely would not deal with that salesman again!

Sometimes products can be priced differently for a variety of reasons. Our price included the complete installation of the new system including a super kit which is a premium bypass and prefilter system. It included a 10 year manufactures warranty and our 10 year labor warranty on the entire system. Our price also included the tax and a follow-up visit to ensure it is working and set up to the proper specifications. In addition, your system was installed by experienced, high quality technicians who we have retained by providing medical benefits, retirement, training and support with quality vehicles and tools. Consequently, we retain many of our valued employees for decades. You had rented a different system from Besco for a number of years. Besco may given you a discount based on the rent you paid. We offer that to our rental customers. They may not have included some of the quality options that I have outlined. In addition they may have wanted to reduce their current inventory since new models have just been introduced. We believe the value we offer you at our standard pricing is extraordinary as we continue to serve many satisfied customers. Needless to say, pricing differences may occur for variety of reasons and our salesperson was attempting to serve you in the best, most expedient manner under the circumstances. Went well overall.The salesman came within a couple of days of our first call. He gave us a rapid accurate assessment based on his chemical testing and what we already knew. The water from the well was high in iron and minerals. The old (20 years+) iron removal system was non-functional and was leaking premanganate onto the basement floor. The water smelled of hydrogen sulfide and there was a discoloration of the water. We decided to put in Gordon's "Iron Curtin" system linked to the old Kinetico softener system which seemed to still be functional.They were able to schedule installation within a week. The installer was very professional, put in the new iron removal system tying it to the existing softener system and removed the old permanganate iron removal system and particle filter. Clean-up was good. He suggested some ways to clean the existing permanganate stains from the floor which we have yet to try. The installer completed his work, checked out the system and explained it to me within ~2 hours. He had to conduct this activity in the presence of several other workers who were installing a new HVAC system, and working on the stairs in the basement as well. he did a nice job. So far, the system appears to be doing a good job. There is no sulfur smell or iron precipitate in the water.

I have been using Gordon Water's "The better water people" for my office drinking and coffee water for the last four years. Tom Duisterhof initialy got us set up with a cooler that I purchased and a regular supply of bottled water. Last week I noticed that a part was cracked and the water was comming out of the tap verry slowly. I forgot to mention that to the customer service person when I ordered my next shipment of water. When Adam came out to drop off my order of water, I showed him what was cracked. He came right back with the part I needed. We flushed out the sump, put in the new part, and the water is comming out better than ever! I am very pleased that in a day of having to order everything and waiting, that Gordon Water had common parts on hand in their delievery truck. Way to go!
