Great! They removed the branch earlier than scheduled because they had a cancellation and were in the area. The tree removal was delayed due to weather and miscommunications/travel. The only glitch was in their arborist getting my email address wrong so we had some missed messages. But I would hire them again in a minute and HIGHLY recommend them. Their work was exemplary, they were very professional and Matthew even took video of the gas company ripping up my lawn while disconnecting power.

They did a fantastic job cleaning up several different species of trees, from small decorative ones to 60+ foot tall oaks. The trees all look much better and we couldn't be happier with their service or the pricing thereof.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable professionals. They had a thorough conversation with me about what I needed on site in order to create an estimate, provided a detailed estimate that gave me options, explained their work, and completed it in a timely, professional manner. I called at a very busy time, and it took a little while to connect with them and to arrange the estimate. However, once that was taken care of, the work happened quickly. I am very glad I waited. They are well-trained, environmentally-oriented, and I received more personalized service than was offered by a larger provider.

This work was done on an emergency basis and was completed two days after the initial visit. Thankfully so, as the next day high winds returned and we are quite certain the splitting tree would not have survived another "assault". Brett, Nate, Matt, & Mark are very knowledgeable and highly skilled professionals. Matt & Nate, working as a team, felled the canopy (which comprised over half the tree) into the yard PERFECTLY! They went out of their way to safeguard the surrounding trees, leave minimal impact to the yard from their vehicles and chipper, raked and cleaned the yard of all debris, and left us with the perfect amount of firewood. You can't go wrong with these guys. They're the best!

I chose Brett and Good Earth because I read on their website of their philosophy of trying to save the tree if possible-unfortunately for this tree it's time had come. Also they had an A review on Angie's list. It turns out my neighbors also knew them and has used them with accolades. This was a very prompt, knowledgeable and polite crew of hard-working experts who got the job done all in one day (except for some minor haul away the next day). I have two other tree related projects I'm going to have them do later in the year. Highly recommended. A+
