I bought a condo that had popcorn ceilings that were painted a cream color. I decided to paint them white. I saw Five Star Painting at our local home show. I schedule a free quote online which was super easy. I got the quote within a day. I scheduled within 2 days getting the quote and had what felt like brand new ceilings in a week. It was a very smooth process. The workers were on time and professional.

Everything was excellent. I don’t have any complaints. I wished it was a little bit cheaper. They did a great job. It was fantastic. They were prompt, just everything was really great. They took their shoes off, just great, everything. Because of how good it was, I think everything overall was an “A”, except for price, it would be a “B”.

Joe is very professional and thorough. He worked hard to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. My project involved painting the exterior of my home but I only wanted the paint company to paint the high areas I was unable to access. Not only did Five Star Painting agree to this but allowed me to buy the paint using their contractor discount to complete my portion of the project. This saved me several hundred dollars. I also received several other estimates. The next closest estimate was over $3400 higher for the same work. This tells you that Five Star makes an effort to not only be competitive but also fair. Both the painter and the owner walked around with me after the project to make sure I was happy with the job. Good company. Highly recommend.

The fact that we used the company twice says a lot. We hired the company the first time to get a house ready to sell and the second time to improve and maintain a home we had purchased. Trust, even more than price, is the most important element in deciding what company to use after all of the bids have come in and we trust the local owner/operator of the business. He tells it like it is and is responsive to customer comments and requests. The pricing is also very competitive.
The workers are polite and professional and do excellent work. Most recently, they painted cedar siding on our home with badly peeling paint in some areas and made it look like aluminum or vinyl siding it was so smooth and uniform in color and appearance. They worked steadily and finished the work promptly without hurrying.
I would use them again the next time I need to have painting done.
