I hired 5 Star in March to stain my deck. It is now August and it still isnÂ’t resolved. They came out the first time and put 1 coat on and then never returned to put the second coat on. They then returned later to spray on the second coat without informing me they were going to spray rather than brush it on and got overspray all over the deck spindles. They have been out to try and clean them but didnÂ’t do a very good job. Currently trying to get them to come out again and clean the spindles. Salesman doesnÂ’t promptly return emails and I havenÂ’t heard from him in over 2 weeks.
