FAST TRAK QUICK OIL & LUBE

Brought in for a routine oil change. There is a cosmetic panel that must be removed to access my car's oil filter. They were unable to remove one of the screws holding the panel in place on the grounds that it was stripped. To their credit they tried for several minutes to remove it without making at worse, but without success. They were able to pry up the panel far enough to get to the filter, but a couple weeks later I had a look myself and the panel was clearly cracked where it had bent. It also took me less than a minute to get the screw out myself with a little oil and the right size screwdriver which raises some eyebrows. Their air line for filling tires was also leaking to the point where they couldn't really use. I keep an eye on my tire pressure anyways, but it's not the kind of thing that instills confidence. The employees were nice enough and I don't fault them, but I'll look elsewhere for the next oil change.
