He was on time and completed the job in a timely manner. He protected the feet of all the furniture...all stain issues were addressed to my satisfaction. Very personable and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a very fair price.

I first started using Joe with a groupon over a year ago even though I had a regular carpet cleaning service. I haven't used anyone else since meeting Joe. He is hardworking, professional and takes pride in his work. He often does a little extra without being asked. For example I asked him to do my car mats only to discover that he not only did those but also some "welcome" mat rugs that were out in the garage. I called him yesterday to come in a do two small rooms asap due to a house showing. He was able to get me in the very next morning. I am now a loyal customer using his services twice a year..

I called and had an appointment for the following week. He showed up on time. It took a couple hours to clean the carpets. We had a lot of stains for him to work on. He gave me advice on what to clean the carpet with if I were to drop anything on it. He was very helpful. He was very likeable, honest, and polite.
