My business provided the ample written notice and they tried to stick us with a $300 bill for early cancellation.  The threatening letters continue almost a full year later.  We continually remind them that we have settled the account.
Every time I see an letter my blood boils. They cannot seem to get us "out of their system".
My theory is they have a "profit center" attempting to collect and noone is able to get out of the contract without paying extra.
As a customer for 10+ years I would have hoped for better service when it was time to part ways.
I would caution anyone considering signing an agreement with this company.

ATT rewired my U-Verse System and the phone connection for the Security
System was interrupted. It was not immediately apparent evidencing
itself after a power outage. When the power was restored the phone
connection for the security system wasn't working. I called my contact
Matt Rennells at EPS and he came out the next day fixed the problem. I
have had this system for 4 years and it has work flawlessly. The
company that monitors the system is incredible. They call within 30
seconds of receiving an alarm. We have had a few alarms caused by entering the wrong door when the alarm is set mainly. Matt is amazing. He responds to my emails within minutes. I cannot think of anything they could do better than they already do.

Overall, the work was satisfactory, but it took at least 3-4 calls and returns for the work to be done well. Some items are still not to our satisfaction. For 2 weeks after the system was installed, it apparently was not sending alarms to the central monitoring station. I discovered this when I tripped the alarms twice and called in, only to be told that nothing was registering. This took another 2 weeks to resolve. We were told their best installer was assigned, yet there are places where holes were drilled in the floor and not patched (1" diameter!) and scuff marks on the walls. Exposed wiring was covered with wire mold only after we insisted, then they used ivory instead of white, because they claimed that's all they had. Perhaps this is as good as it gets, but the experience left us feeling like it was over- sold and under-delivered.

WE WOULD NEVER IMAGINE GOING THROUGH ANOTHER SECURITY COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH WITH OUR INSPECTION AND EXTREMELY FAST AT RESPONDING TO THE ALARM WHEN IT GETS TRIGGERED. WE FEEL VERY SECURE AND COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

THEY TOLD US WHAT KIND OF ALARM WOULD FIT OUR NEEDS THE BEST. THEY WERE VERY AFFORDABLE. THEY CAME IN AND STARTED WORKING IMMEDIATELY. WE LIKED HOW QUICKLY THEY GOT THE JOB DONE.

WHEN EVER THE ALARM GETS TRIPPED (EVEN IF ITS AN ACCIDENT) THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE ABOUT CHECKING TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS ALRIGHT IN MY HOME. WITH HAVING EIGHT CHILDREN THAT REALLY MEANS A LOT TO A MOTHER. I'M VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY.
