Every time I see an letter my blood boils. They cannot seem to get us "out of their system".
My theory is they have a "profit center" attempting to collect and noone is able to get out of the contract without paying extra.
As a customer for 10+ years I would have hoped for better service when it was time to part ways.
I would caution anyone considering signing an agreement with this company.
