Excellent, except for follow-up on issues with the cover. The cover that was delivered Labor Day week is way too big for the tub. The correct cover was supposed to have been reordered, but it is now Thanksgiving and I still am stuck with the wrong cover. Besides being too big, it does not fit into the accompanying cover lift, which makes using the tub annoying and difficult. Once this situation has been fixed, I will have nothing but good things to say about Emerald Leisure Source and it's local staff...friendly, very good pricing, went out their way to install quickly so my visiting out-of-state kids could enjoy the tub, creative disposal of the old tub, etc.
