Shoe Repair
Ed's shoe shop burned down. He wanted to give the boots back to me, but they smelled like smoke. I felt it was unsatisfactory delivery of my goods. When I brought to his attention that the boots smelled burned, and were not cleaned up, he yelled at me and told me I was demanding, and he didn't want customers like me. His customer service is lousy, and lacking. He is extremely rude to customers. I would give him an overall grade of F Minus, Minus, Minus! I will not use Ed's again, and I hope no one else does either.
