Eric and his team did drywall work on my whole unfinished basement.They did framework so now i have 2 bedrooms in the basement.They also did an amazing job painting everything too. They were very professional and easy to work with and even got all the work done ahead of deadline.Eric did such a great job that we became friends and we still are very close.

I hired Dynamic Solutions to do updates and repairs to my rental property in Grand Rapids. I called them in to replace my front entrance stairs and side concrete stairs with a wood replacement. Keep in mind I had tried for months to have someone come to provide me with a quote and actually start work. They were the only ones who pulled through. The quote was reasonable and communication was clear and concise, they communicated any issues sent me daily updates with pictures of my property it was way more than I could have asked for. From the start they were excited and eager to start work on my home and they did way more than I originally asked for. The manicured my lawn, replaced my kitchen flooring, sealed and repaired my patio, fixed my screened in enclosure, fixed my garage door and cleaned my home from top to bottom and I could not be happier. They did an amazing job and once everything was complete I saw a completely different home. I would recommend them to ANYONE looking for small to large home repairs and/or upgrading.

Fixed my roof on my addition was a great overall experience

I called them to remove the olden wooden fence that had fallen from weather and when they arrived I mentioned that I needed my whole basement framed and drywall hung. Eric & Britney and their crew came out for a week and did such a phenomenal job my basement is completely finished. They were the greatest people to work with. They were very professional, punctual and Eric really knows his stuff when it comes to angles. I would not use anyone else in the future when I need someone these people are who I will call. I enjoyed their conversation and knew I could trust them with my home. I'm very impressed ð

Had 2 sets of wood steps in needing of removal and replaced with new treated wood and then re covered with composite . They worked hard and did a fantastic job. Professional and committed to exceeding my expectations. They will be top of my list when other projects come up. My neighbors are in awe of the transformation. Off the list!
