Dry Solutions of Grand Rapids

It was an excellent experience.  Jeff (the owner) came to our house on short notice - the same day I called!  We had just taken possession of our new house and needed the carpets cleaned before all the furniture was moved in the next day.  Jeff was awesome and made sure everything was done and DRY within our tight timeline.  He even removed some old paint that was spilled on the carpet in one of the bedrooms!  We will be calling Dry Solutions next time we need carpet or upholstery cleaned!

Jeff returned my call promptly and scheduled me very quickly. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. I had only scheduled the family room, but when I said I would have him back to do the others, he said it was no problem to do them the same day. He moved furniture and used an amazing technique to clean them. A truly "dry solution'. The carpet in the family room had not been cleaned in 26 years because I didn't want steam cleaning on carpeting in the basement. I was afraid it would never dry or would develope mold. This technique got it very clean without the wetness of steam cleaning. The carpeting looked like new. We were very satisfied and will definately use Dry Solutions again.

Overall, Jeff is reliable and charges a fair price for his services.

Jeff returns my calls within a day, shows up when he says he will. I vacuum really well before he comes, and then his huge brushes and solution do their magic. He takes about 3 hours - all those stairs really take time, but he's fast. Not too smelly, either.

Once Jeff had to cancel due to a family emergency, but he let me know and rescheduled promptly and gave me a discount to apologize for the inconvenience.

Jeff gave me a very fair estimate probably too low and was able to come out within a week to do the job. He uses a different technique than the major carpet cleaners and it is MUCH better. My carpets have never looked so clean. He even was able to get out some stains we had given up on ever coming out. Jeff is considerate of your home, does excellent work and moves quickly but makes sure it is done right. I would never call anyone else after seeing how much of a difference it makes to have my carpets cleaned this way. Plus they were dry within an hour.

ok after one callback. the applicator confirmed that his equipment wasn't removing the drycleaning material thoroughly on the first attempt.

The primary dirt spots came out nicely and he came right on schedule.
