Designing Concepts of Western Michigan

I will definitely not hire them again. I hired them to drywall our newly framed basement and paint it. They ran out of materials multiple times and had to rent a truck from home depot to get more. They took significantly longer to complete the project because one of them didn't show up. When they did the drywall they misaligned it and we had a big section in our ceiling that was lower than the rest. They also pieced it together because they ran out of drywall and the screws were popping out all over the place. They did one coat of mud and painted before sanding then went back and sanded so we had to buy more paint. Overall they just seemed completely overwhelmed by our 2 room project and unprofessional.

There were 2 that were supposed to do the work. Only 1 showed up most of the time and the kept running out of drywall. The project took twice as long and the work was horrible! There were waves in the ceiling and the seams and screw were showing throughout. They started to paint before hanging all the drywall or doing any sanding because they were out of materials. Horrible work that all had to be ripped out and redone.

Took way longer that should have and they did a horrible job which we now have to pay someone else to come fix. Always said he would show up and then wouldnt. Says he does quality drywall work but we have seams that are showing and now have to be ripped out and redone. Didn't even do the walls straight. Incomplete job.
