Description of Work: We have used Culligan for years to deliver a bottled water for our cooler since we don't like the taste of our well water. Recently moved to a new place and needed to replace the softener. Went with Culligan since we've had great experiences with them so far. Very pleased! Water is great and the cost was significantly less than 10 years ago when we had Fliers water softening put a softener in our old place.

+ -1 moreTim was extremely professional, and even took a minute to pat and talk to our dogs. He was very knowledgeable, and patiently answered my questions about what might have caused the problem. He suggested the use of a surge protector, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Because my husband was ill and needed to go to a doctor appointment, Culligan called Tim to make sure we could have him come at a time that worked around the appointment, and he was very prompt. We are very happy to have our Culligan system up and running again; our water has heavy iron and tannins, but with the filter, it tastes better than bottled. The equipment was expensive to install initially, but worth the investment since my husband's health requires that he get lots of water.
Description of Work: Tested and checked the water softener system, reset the (circuit?) board, cleaned screens on super s iron filter, checked for salt bridge in softener since it hadn't been working.
