Tim was extremely professional, and even took a minute to pat and talk to our dogs. He was very knowledgeable, and patiently answered my questions about what might have caused the problem. He suggested the use of a surge protector, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Because my husband was ill and needed to go to a doctor appointment, Culligan called Tim to make sure we could have him come at a time that worked around the appointment, and he was very prompt. We are very happy to have our Culligan system up and running again; our water has heavy iron and tannins, but with the filter, it tastes better than bottled. The equipment was expensive to install initially, but worth the investment since my husband's health requires that he get lots of water.

THE WORKERS THAT THEY SEND OUT TO MY HOME ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND RELIABLE. THEY ALWAYS DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL.
