They are outstanding. COSTCO stands behind everything they sell so I can't find fault there. We have purchased something or the other from them in the last ten years. It has all been good. They are excellent. They got good sales staff. They have a concierge and it is free and I can't say enough good about them. You can call them any time, as long as I have the computer, I can call them for service and they respond and will help you look it through. They are one of the best run businesses out there. If you get something that is not good, you can take it back and get your money back in ninety days for computers and anything else, it is almost lifetime. It is really a great company.

Back when Costco opened in Grand Rapids, MI on 28th St., SE I considered using their Pharmacy services and decided to get quotes from the pharmacy I currently used, Costco Pharmacy, and three others for good measure. I created a spreadsheet and took six of my medications and priced each of them out at Walgreens, CVS, Target, WalMart, Sams and Costco. I compared these same six items at each pharmacy and concluded that Costco was cheapest on four of the six medications as well as being cheapest on a cumulative total of all six items, combined.
The entire staff of this department is phenomenal!!! The Pharmacists in this department are simply OUTSTANDING! Julie Morales, the manager, who is easily the best Pharmacist I have ever worked with, heads up this group along with Stephanie and Gene who round out the department. All three of these excellent clinicians are assisted by an outstanding group of Technicians and Customer Service Personnel: Christian, Devan, Jeffrey (from time-to-time), Kimberly, Stephanie (different person than Pharmacist), Wendy and Tom.
Anytime I have ever had an issue or a question, all I have to do is call and talk to anyone of these talented people and everything it is taken care of easily and with a smile. Every single day these people make my life much easier and I truly appreciate each and every one of them!!!!!!

The consultation was free. I did not use them because the cost was unreasonable; it was expensive. They were thorough. They took their time and were courteous. Any questions we had they answered it.

They are fine and their prices are much better than Walgreens or CVS or any of those. We don't have very good prescription insurance so that helps. The pharmacists are fine and I will continue to use this pharmacy.

My experience has been really good. For example I got there 10 minutes before their lunch break and instead of them waiting until after lunch to fill it, they will go ahead and fill it prior to their lunch. When they are busy you have to wait a little bit, but they are good. They are also very good about getting the payments right. I would give them all A's across the board and will continue to use them.
