I called on Chris to take a look at my leaking porch roof. I called 2 other companies, but his estimate came in quick and low so I cancelled the other consultations. He is a genuine person who quickly responds to any concerns or comments. His crew came out to do the work on time and were met with a hornet nest that must have occupied the whole interior space. After battling hornets for over an hour, they left and came back later to do the job. The job was bigger than expected, with more internal rot than I had realized, but despite this Chris billed me for the original bid despite the scope of work and the lost time from the added on extermination job. Great people.

Quote for project was lower than others. Installation crew did a great job keeping the removal debris off the ground to minimize damage and impact. Team appropriately repaired areas where the roof leaked. They did not try â fixingâ more than was needed and inflating the bill. Quite happy with the work and value for what I was charged.

I had an unusual project to build an additional roof over part of a flat roof and to re-roof the flat part. They did a great job of integrating new-build with existing construction and improved the drainage of the flat roof. Thanks, guys! By the way - this is 4 years later and there are still no leaks or problems.

In the middle of our kitchen remodel we were doing ourselves, our roof started to leak. After getting quotes through many companies through Home Advisor, we chose Conrad Consulting. We were very pleased with the results. We were given a fair quote and Kevin, the quality manager, double inspected the finish product and suggested more improvements to be done. Did the roof repair and replacement go perfectly? No, rain interrupted the crew 3 times. Not just 15 minutes of rain, but all-day, monsoon rain. Since there were no shingles on the roof, and no tarp would stop that rain, it leaked and water warped our ceiling. Not only did Conrad Consulting send out Mike, their fix-it man, to come out for his analysis, he also consulted other fix-it people to ensure it was fixed correctly and to our satisfaction. Chris, the owner, called us to communicate Plan B and then Plan C when the rain interrupted plan B. He even asked if the crew could work on Sunday to get the job done since the job was pushed back so many times due to rain. This was not the fault of Conrad Consulting, but of Mother Nature. They handled it with professionalism, honesty, and in a timely manner. They came to us with empathy and asked for our trust to finish it and finish it right. They did. We will call them again for repairs on our house and do it with confidence we were getting a good product at a good price. My only suggestion to the Conrad team is to keep the communication open among the quote guy, the quality guy, the fix-it guy, the owner, the supply guy, and roofing team. Some things did not get communicated to each of them. We did repeat ourselves, but it was worth it to get the job done and the job done right. Well done, Conrad team!

This was a total tear off and replace roof. The gentlemen that did the work worked straight through the day with a short break for lunch. Clean up was second to none. They did a terrific job. Years ago another company put on a new roof and I found shingles and nails all over after the job. I would highly recommend Conrad Consulting. Chris, the owner, called back right after to job was completed to make sure everything met my expectations.

Everyone we spoke to, from the receptionist to Chris himself, was very helpful, honest and friendly. We chose Conrad to complete our asphalt shingle roof replacement, replace the flat roof balcony and railing on the back of our house, install gutters and two new windows. Everything was done in a timely manner and to our standards. We will be choosing Conrad again for future projects, and we have many!

They did a great job and kept me well informed of how the project was going and what happened when there were any problems.

They have done all the exterior work on my house and I couldn't be happier. New roof, windows, siding, porch railings, and gutters. If I had any questions they always got back to me with answers. Extremely satisfied with everything they have and would highly recommend them. I smile every time I pull into my driveway and see how great my house looks.

They did it all! Roofing, painting, soffit. Out of 3 quotes and the amount of work I needed, Conrad came in the lowest. All his guys were friendly, polite, always asked if I was happy with the work and were always willing to answer my questions. They kept me in the loop of when work would get completed as well. Kevin, the Project Manager was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Would use them again for sure!
