"Thank you very much for taking the time to score our local business and the service you recently received, [Member Name Removed]. We look forward to seeing you next time."
"We appreciate your overall grade for service received, [Member Name Removed]."
"Thank you for taking time to leave valuable feedback, [Member Name Removed]. Your comments and ranking help us take a closer look at our process and make improvements/changes wherever necessary, to best serve you."
"We appreciate your timely correspondence, [Member Name Removed]. Your last service visit included some unanticipated delays and we agree that it took longer than we would have liked to complete. We're grateful for your patience and understanding, as well as your acceptance of our concession for the inconvenience."
"We're pleased to learn that our attention to detail and educational consultation were well received, [Member Name Removed]. It's been a pleasure serving you."
"Thank you for your feedback, {member name removed}. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, and it's not lost on us that you've indicated you wouldn't return. Please help us better understand what specifically could have made your experience better by replying to our recent outreach. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve you and look forward to honest dialogue so that we may further learn and grow from this."
I asked Community if they had the same policy and Dave said no. They would order all three parts, but if the module didn't need replacement, they wouldn't charge me for it. Because the module was damaged, it was replaced. Very happy with Community's professionalism and fairness. Have used this repair service before and have been happy.
"We'd like to extend our thanks to you, [member name removed], for commenting about your recent experience with our shop. It definitely is no interest of ours to have you incur expenses for parts/service that we don't either replace or administer completely. We're grateful this policy met your complete satisfaction."
"We apologize that our promotion was not made clear to you, [Member's name removed]. When the offer was published we made certain to include a proper disclaimer to communicate additional fees for upgrades. Synthetic oil is, as you know, more costly than house blend. As such, we cannot discount the service and take a loss on our inventory as well. Nevertheless, this should all have been explained to you when the appointment was made, so we take responsibility for this oversight."
"Your work definitely did take longer than it routinely should have, [member name removed]. We sincerely apologize for the delay. Estimates that you were given include a good/better/best principle, which means you're able to choose which is more important - working within a budget and using inferior parts, or choosing what the vehicle's manufacturer recommends and trusts. We understand it's challenging anytime repair costs exceed what we/you might expect, but fair market value and labor guides dictate and substantiate our fees. That said, we defer to what you feel might be best for your vehicle and circumstances."
"Thank you for the opportunity to confirm the work your vehicle needed, [Member's name removed]. We understand we're not always able to compete with the cost distributors offer other tire outlets, given we're not specifically a wheel/tire retail location. We often make up for the difference in cost through how we conduct ourselves from a customer service perspective, which is why we appreciate that you've chosen to have your recommended maintenance performed with our shop."
"Pleased to learn that we met your complete satisfaction, [Member Name Removed]. Thank you, and we'll see you next time."
