I talked to a total of 9 different people in 6 separate calls. 0 First phone call, I got someone in the Phillipines who was of no help and he told me that his computer crashed and that I would have to call back. I called back and got yet another Phillipino so I said that I wanted to speak with someone in America. She said she could not do that so I asked to speak to a supervisor. I got transferred to Jennifer in Chicago, who said that she couldn't help me because I was out of her area. She than transferred me to Shontina. I had already asked to just cancel my service at this point and she was the only one that asked me why. I told her about the increase and all the problems I was having with them through all this. She then said that a promotional rate we had expired but she could put me on another. She gave me a great deal so I said that we would stay with them for the time being. But as she was setting this up in her system, the phone went dead as well as my internet, but not the cable to the TV. (We have all 3 services with them) I called back on my cell phone and got another new person and he said that there was an outage in our area. I had already explained what was happening when I called this last time. He said that my service should be restored soon. I still had no service after a couple of hours so I called back and was told that there was an outage and that there was a tech in the area taking care of the problem and that we should have service restored by midnight. I had been lied to about my service because the next morning when I still had no service, I called again. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold and after 15 minutes, I was then disconnected! I called back again and explained the problem(s) to yet another person in the Phillipines but I was having difficulty understanding him so I asked to speak to a manager. As I was on hold, my services were miraculously restored. He came back on the phone and said that there had been a problem with my file but that he went in and made some changes. I asked to just cancel my entire account with them for I had had more than enough at this point so he then transferred me to a solution specialist in my state! I gave her the whole story. She said that she wanted to talk to tech support and get back to me. She did call me back in about 10 minutes and said that everything should be fine now. I accepted the new deal but only because we only have one other company to choose and from what I have heard they are not any better.
Description of Work: When I got my monthly bill, it was $50.00 higher than previous bills. So I called them to inquire about it and cancel my phone and cable service with them. (We have all 3 services through Comcast)

Pathetic, Pathetic. Pathetic. Check your bill people. They are charging you for service speed your not even remotely getting. When you call, plan on spending the most part of your day being transferred to people that cant figure out why you were transferred to them. Along with being disconnected several times I have given up. I quit. I'm tired of explaining the situation. They win, I quit. I will be transferring my internet and cable service the very first chance I get. Customer service is pathetic, they lie to you, and they over charge you every bill. If you have Charter or ATT, I would consider them before you are put through the never ending battle with people that have no Idea what they are doing. It is extremely amazing they are as big as they are for the service they provide.
Description of Work: came out to house to fix internet. Then Basically did nothing. Absolutely NOTHING. I was his last call on a Friday night and he wanted to get home. He did nothing.

After TOO many phone calls and much back & forth the situation was taken care of. Not satisfied with the service and the length of time to take care of.
Description of Work: Comcast, being the main provder in the area, is TOO high priced for services provided. The cost continues to go up and the services and quality continue to go down. Customer service over the phone is non sympathetic to issues / concerns and offer little to no help. Need some healthy competitiom other than ATT to help get prices in control and services improved.

Install went quicker than expected and tech was very helpful. Gave us his number in case we had questions later he would come back and assist. So far loving the package and no beginners bumps whatsoever.
Description of Work: Install of phone/internet/cable. Tech was very prompt and professional. Ended up having to run new line in freezing weather with no complaints. Very friendly and answered all questions.

We’ve had a good experience with them. Occasionally we’ll have internet problems but I don’t think that’s out of the norm.
