They got me in quick and replaced the windows as promised, but the techs damaged the interior of the truck trying to get the window out. What's worse is they never bothered to let me know it was done and never informed management that the did it. Once I reported it, the response with quick and apologetic, but I needed to wait a week for them to order the replacement part from Toyota. People make mistakes all the time and I ok with that, but when they (the techs) try to hide their mistakes and hope no one notices is very disturbing. The techs but a blemish on the integrity of an otherwise fine company, but I will have to avoid them in the future.

Replace windshields for us a couple of times. |Good, fast service. Will use them again.

Original windshield was replaced by Clear Image in 2009. Two years later the rearview mirror fell off while I was out or town, and a provider did the repair while I was passing through. The mirror came off again when my wife was reprogramming the remote garage door lift, which switch is on the mirror casing.
I called Clear Image and explained, Sally Howard was so pleasant to talk with. The call was made late in the day, and Mike Faustrum came out the next morning. He was also pleasant to deal with, He assessed the situation, made the first step in the 2-step repair, and explained that he would return after the resin cured in about 24-36 hours. Mike returned the next day after calling first. He completed the repair, cautioning that the resin was not fully cured, and thus the mirror would take no strain. He appologized that the mirror come away in the first place, necessitating all the inconviences. I haven't been billed yet, but I don't expect a bill either.

The office staff were very kind and helpful. I waited while the service was performed. The waiting area was spacious and I was able to use the wifi and get some work done. Very professional overall.

Clear Image is a preferred provider for my insurance company, and I have no glass deductible. My new windshield looks great. I asked to have my wipers replaced and they offered me quality/price options. I went for the best. I also had an intermittent headlight outage, and they tackled it with professional enthusiasm, and worked it until they found a faulty wire. They replaced the main lamp, but only charged me for one hour labor. I was treated with great friendly service and a comfortable waiting area. They brought me timely updates and I always knew what was going on. The only surprise was the low price, and that was greatly appreciated.

I called a week earlier to set up an appointment. Jodi in the office was very helpful and gave me the price for resealing the current windshield (if possible) and the price for a new windshield. The technician (Mike) arrived at my home at the designated time. He pointed out the leak around the top of my windshield and laid out the options that were available to fix my problem. He was able to save me money by carefully removing and resealing the old windshield at my request. He performed some grinding at the edge of the windshield opening where corrosion was present to ensure a good seal. I was not given a lifetime guarantee due to the corrosion, but I have confidence in the job he did.

Michael Faustrum, he was excellent. Did the job in no time, very polite. Right on time. This is the first time I use Angie's list referals and very pleased.

The new car dealer recommended this company for auto glass replacement. I called two other companies with full page ads in the Yellow Pages, and received quotes of $425 and $400. Clear Image has one line in the Yellow Pages. Their price was $275.60 complete. The customer service person I reached on the phone was pleasant and professional. On arrival for the appointment, they immediately went to work on my car. Their office is clean and very comfortable and I spent the one hour wait time reading the latest issue of Sports Illustrated. The new windshield is very satisfactory and I am very pleased that I found this company.
