It's really nice to come home to a clean house from Cleaning Authority, it's consistent, it's reliable, and there's never really been any problems. They have never missed an appointment, they leave a nice little note about what they did, and they handle my dog really well. I've had a few little nic nacks that got broken but that's going to happen and they really weren't very expensive. I've been using the Cleaning Authority for close to 10 years.

When I called the Cleaning Authority for the first time, I received a prompt response from Kathy. She set up a time to come to the house to describe what they would do and what we should expect. We called them because they advertised they used environmentally-friendly cleaning products, which is important to us and our lifestyle. The first two times they came, they did a deep cleaning of our house. After each of the deep cleanings, our house looked great. After that, they rotate through certain areas of the house and provide a deep clean for one area one week and a regular clean for the rest. After about four times of cleaning, we started to notice that entire areas of the house weren't being cleaned (including those that they claimed they were paying special attention that week). Our bathroom floor wouldn't have been swept, our tub not cleaned, or the hallways wouldn't have been vacuumed. We called the lead person several times to complain, once she provided a partial credit on our account for the cleaning. However, it never got better. What was worse, they continued to leave the house without turning on the security system (which they promised they could do) and once they even left the side door open all day. We finally canceled our service with them when they were a half hour late to our house (making us all late for work), and then locked their keys our house less than an hour and a half later. My husband spent an hour on the road to go back home, open the door for them and give them their keys. When he opened the door, he found that they once again never set the security system and the house had only been partially cleaned. Never Again.
