+ 2 moreWe are a small property management firm in Grand Rapids and Clarus Home Solutions does pretty much all our maintenance (except specialized services like plumbing or electrical). They are always prompt, responsive and get the job done at a reasonable cost. They're courteous to tenants and our owner clients as well in all communications, and use common sense in solving problems. Highly recommend!
