"Wow [Member Name Removed], I am really shocked at this review. We sent three ladies in to clean an extremely dirty house. I spoke with you and [Member Name Removed] several times myself and you seemed happy with the service. I know we were punctual and professional, and very responsive. You had three incredibly strong cleaners... ... ..I guess I am just sorry you don't feel the service was better than that."
