Beth put up with our almost 3 year search for a house and was so patient, never pushed just heard our feedback and continued on! We were able to put a very speedy offer in on the new house and got it. Then she helped us sell our old house, encouraging us to list at a higher price than we expected, and to counter any offers received asking for list price. We accepted an offer right at list price. Beth communicated with us very well through the whole process, holding our hands when we were anxious and celebrating with us when we had victories! We had an amazing experience with the whole Cheryl Grant team working hard to make our dreams come true.

This was our second time working with Cheryl Grant Real Estate and also our second time using Beth as our agent. She was excellent the first time we worked with her and she did not disappoint the second time either! Beth is very responsive to messages and fun to look at houses with. We appreciated the input from Dana, the interior designer/stager they work with, on ways to spruce up the home we sold. I do believe that the extra input Dana provided helped us get the best dollar for our home in a short amount of time.

Cheryl Grant and team are amazing. The entire team was responsive, professional and easy to work with. I worked with them to sell my house and buy my condo. Every step of the process was well managed and made easy with this team. Dana, the stager, did a walk through of my house and then came out to stage it just before the photos were taken. Between her work and the photographers the photos of my house were beautiful. Chelsea, did the listing and additional admin details, kept everything organized and running smoothly. This was my second time working with Cheryl and I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. She kept me sane when stressing about my house selling (which it did, incredibly well) and answered my never ending questions about buying the condo. Plus, she gave great practical advice based on years of experience. I was never pressured in any of my decisions which was greatly appreciated. And, Cheryl was just incredibly fun to work with. I cannot rave about Cheryl enough, she truly is the best!
