They did a very good job of power-washing and taping the exterior before they spray-painted it. The end result was excellent, and I will definitely hire them again when it's time to re-paint.

When we contacted the company about how dissatisfied we were and asked to be compensated for new carpet they laughed at us on the phone and refused!  They want to send out the same 2 guys for a thrid time to make it right.  How do you fix paint all over my carpet and hardwood floors?  Very disappointed in this branch in Grand Rapids, Michigan!

What a mess. I just spent an hour fixing my lawn along my driveway that their employees couldn't manage to stay on. My driveway is normal, not too narrow, with a slight turn. They destroyed the lawn along it. In addition to that, I have paint everywhere, and I'm not talking about where they painted. Most of the house is brick and what they painted is cedar trim and some cedar siding on the back and side. I have drips and streaks everywhere on the brick, on my decks and on my driveway. There are even puddles of paint that don't match my colors as if they mixed paint for another job on my driveway. Unfortunately when I tried to discuss these issues with the person in charge of the crew, he didn't speak English. I haven't had a chance to check out the full job since it's been raining since they finished but it appears there are spots where patching took place where the paint is not holding as well. Too cold or too wet...could be either. I'm shocked at the mess I have on my hands now. There has been no follow up either by my initial contact at the company to inquire on how the job went. Rest assured I'll be contacting him.

They did a fantastic job went over the paint colors with me before they started.  Very organized, did a great job cleaning up. The workers were very nice and made sure to let me know that anytime they were there if I had any questions not to hesitate to ask.   They moved all the furniture out for me and moved it back. The painting in every room was absolutely professional I could have not have asked for a better job. I am extremely pleased how every room looks!!!!!

Although the price was good. We had several problems along the way. We still look at things around the house that we asked to get done several times that were not completed or need repair. Wether it's paint splatter after a sloppy job or punting, water damage in the ceiling that never got repaired, the now mismatching hardware due to the crew, missing hardware and a window they did replace but did not bother to paint. We now have to add that to our to do list so it matches the others. With a new baby on the way it got to a point where we just had to cut our losses. The project manager did send someone back out to fix some things for us which we did appreciate but at the end of the day the company did not meet our expectations and we will still need to have someone come back out to fix their work. Think hard before you use them it was a lot of unneeded stress.

CertaPro sent 2 guys and the work took 5 days to complete (they started first thing Monday morning and were done around 3-4pm on Friday. The amount of time they took was perfect. I'm very happy overall with how it went and with how everything looks. They didn't have a problem re-painting our kitchen (they charged the original fee of $275 for paint and service - which I thought was fair). I'm surprised they only sent the 2 guys for the amount of work that needed to be done, but they worked fast.  
They painted all of the molding, trim, baseboards and doors first and then started painting the walls in each room. All looks good except around Thursday/Friday they painted my master bath pretty sloppily. I understand they needed to finish on time, but that's sort of a good example for why you should have more guys working on such a massive project. I have touched up the master bath myself as some paint was missing in an area. The door to the bathroom and one side of the baseboards in there looked as if it only received 1 coat of paint instead of 2. Not a huge deal, but when I'm dropping over $5,000 I'd expect better quality than that. All of the other rooms were perfect.
2 of the bedrooms they painted have white carpet and they got a small amount of paint on the carpet of each room. They cleaned it as best they could when we asked them to, but it wasn't perfect. Unfortunately I'll have to hire someone to clean the carpets in those rooms.
The guys themselves were professional, punctual and asked questions when they needed to so to be sure they were doing everything correctly. I never had a problem with leaving them alone in my home when I needed to leave for a work meeting or whatever. A couple of the days they worked I needed them to arrive earlier so I could get off to work and they never had a problem with that. Only one of them spoke English but he spoke well enough to do business.
Overall I would likely hire CertaPro again, but I'd do a better job monitoring their work so they could fix anything before leaving the project.

I bought a Big Deal, they contacted me and sent over a rep. He was great and very helpful. We were building our new house, we picked out colors and they sent over a painter to do the job. We liked what he did and asked to get the rest of the house finished. We worked out a good price and they performed the work.

We had a good feeling that they could have taken one day less. He took longer, otherwise he did a good job, I don't have much of a complaint.They covered the description of the job. They had given an estimate of 2 and half days, but it took 4 full days. It is a father and son company and a couple of other friends. He did well compared to anybody else. He has a good experience. I would certainly recommend them. They did whatever I asked them to do. They took care of whatever I asked. Other than the time taken, I had no other problem. I was overall satisfied.  They came back a couple of times to patch it up.

I had a little conflict with the painter who came out and could not speak English but when I explained on what I wanted them to do they complied and they did a great job. And I had told them I will not pay less than what I agreed to after I talked to their contractor. I was going to complain of the problem but the sub contractor solved the problem. Their price was reasonable. He was very professional and what ever he said made sense and the quality work was excellent.

So bad that the project overseer and salesguy agreed that they had to come back and fix it....that took three weeks of people coming inAnd out here and there....never the same people. It was so frightful that I finally got the owner over here and he agreed that except for most of the windows the job was a nightmare and I didn have to pay. Now have to do it all over with someone else. I agreed to pay for the windows if we didn't run into anything extra with the repaint. Well, the entire bathroom room wall needs to be remudded, it took me 3 hours to get the paint off my newly stained stairs and while doing that I discovered they didn't prime the risers.....it goes on and on....CertaPro is under

We booked an estimate and the guy was a no show. We received no follow up or apology, from the estimator or their franchise reservation folks. The second estimate went fine. In order to expedite the painting timeline, we agreed to give them a key so they could paint in the evening or on a rain day. I received a call at 8:15am asking me to be at the condo to inspect as the project was done (I wasn't even told it had started). Given that I work, I asked to meet at 5pm to inspect. I showed up at 5pm and the painter was a no show. My condo was left unlocked and the paint job was not great. There were several mistakes, including wall paint on trim and the ceiling, and some very rough spots (where I assume a trim brush was used with too much paint?). That night I received several calls after 8pm and others before 8am the next morning (which I consider unprofessional / not appropriate). We scheduled a new time the next day to inspect and he tried to fix the issues I pointed out. We will not use CertaPro again.

It turned out bad. The painters were nice, but the paint job was atrocious. The former color wasn't even covered. You could see the old paint coming through the new paint. I am going to have to hire another company to fix their mess. The job was for 8 hrs and they only did 7 hours.
