It went well. I did have some cleaning out of pipes that had to get done. Although the plumber emptied the tank, there was still water in pipes. Again great job!

Went well, showed up on time, and was courteous of the house since it was snowing hard outside.

It went well. The plumber from Cascade Plumbing quickly identified the problem. We talked through a solution, and he implemented the solution (new kitchen faucet) within an hour. The plumber was very courteous and professional, as was the contact person at their office. Total cost was on par with other plumbers.

I had a power vent unit that I thought lasted for a long time (almost 20 years). Similar heaters retail for $900+. I was thinking of replacing it myself but for the price of the heater and plumbing they did and hauling the old heater away it was well worth hiring them. Plus I get to have anther B/W water heater - which I hope will last for several years. B/W heaters are also made in the US locally in Middleville, MI.

My existing water heater installed in 2006 failed and was leaking so I needed a replacement. This is a job I am fully capable of doing myself and have done so several times in the past. Unfortunately, due to the location of my utility room, I require a power vent model in order to properly vent the exhaust. These models are not commonly carried in the DIY stores without special order which takes at least a couple days and I can't wait that long to go without hot water.



I called Cascade first thing in the morning and the message I received was that their mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message for a callback. I attempted to e-mail them for a callback and a quote and my e-mail was returned as undeliverable. Fortunately, Lynn called me back within a couple minutes and left a voice mail to call her back at a different number. I did so and asked for a quote on water heater. She stated that it would be $1,295 installed which included removal of the old unit. This was a couple hundred dollars less than the other quote I received and the other company stated that they didn't have one in stock, but could get one the next day or so.



I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for 1-3pm and they arrived and did the removal and install in no time.



Aside from the initial contact issues, I was very pleased with the rest of the transaction.

I don't remember how much I spent on his services. He was a little bit more expensive than I expected. As far as time wise was concerned, he came the same day or the next. He got there quicker than anybody else could. So I liked the fact that I was able to get service which I believe is the same day. I called him but his prices were a little bit high. The work he did was really good. He was quick and I didn't have to wait. He was punctual and he came on the same day. He was pretty quick. We had a leak underneath our toilet and I know those little wax rings are like $5 but the whole thing was almost $200. That's an expensive wax ring and I know it's quite expensive for that. He was prompt and he came the same day. So I appreciated that but I wasn't expecting the price to be so high.

Cascade had installed the original unit several years ago. When current unit stopped working, we called Cascade. The owner came out same day (three days before Christmas) and replaced unit.

I have used him for years. He is prompt. He is easy to do small jobs.

I called at 8:00 am and he showed up at 9:30 am. The work was finished very quickly and without any problems. He even offered to discard the old tank when I was wondering if my trash removal company would take it. I appreciated the fact there was no trip charge only a higher 1st hourly rate.

THEY WERE ABLE TO GET US IN FOR A SAME DAY APPOINTMENT, WHICH I WAS VERY GLAD FOR. WE DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO GET HERE. THEY HAD IT ALL DONE IN NO TIME AT ALL.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND CARED ABOUT WHAT I THOUGHT. THEY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP NICELY AFTER THEY WERE DONE WITH THE JOB.
