Far above excellent! I have an older Honda, which I love, and thanks to Andy and Cascade Hills Auto, it is in fine running condition. I recently began to hear "rattling sounds" in the front and called to make an appointment to check on this. Andy had me come in the same day to listen, and was able to also take care of it at the same time, since it was a "minor repair." He did not charge a regular customer for this. I appreciate very much his outstanding customer service!

They're honest. They take a look at my car and see what it needs, and they'll make recommendations, but they don't do unnecessary work. They're reasonably priced. They're good at their job.
