I've used Bob's disposal for years however, something seems to have changed there. Service was very poor and not timely. The experiences with them recently has caused me to cancel service after several years and move to another provider. I prefer to go with local companies versus national ones when that's possible. Beware of Bob's, the good service we all have had for years is changing.
