I HAD CONTACTED BISSELL BECAUSE I HAD JUST PURCHASED A VACUUM AND HAD ONLY USED IT APPROXIMATELY 3 TIMES BEFORE THE LIGHT BURNED OUT IN IT. THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND SENT ME A NEW ONE RIGHT AWAY AT NO CHARGE. I THOUGHT THAT WAS PRETTY NICE :)
