Belle Tire is a very responsible, reasonably priced, and professional operation. They did the work promptly, recommended the right tires and did some research to save me some money. Very good experience.

They did a good job with that. They do their work in a very timely manner and do a quality work. After I get my car back, I usually don't have any problem. I would recommend them for their timeliness and the quality of service they provide. I would rate them very high.

I have purchased all weather tires and snow tires from Belle. This time they changed the tires from the snow tires to the all weather tires. Because the tires were purchased there, the service is provided twice a year at no charge. Because Belle does not made appointments, it is on a first come, first service basis which can take a little longer. I was there for about an hour. I have found that their prices are among the lowest yet they have good quality tires. I am very pleased with the tires that I have purchased from them.

They helped us determine which tires would be best for our vehicle and then installed them including balancing them and doing an alignment. They carefully went over the warranty with us and explained the timing of getting the tires rotated to extend their life. They gave the best price and services for the tires we wanted when they matched a warehouse store's tire price. We would definitely go back to Belle again when needing new tires and will continue to get these tires rotated there.

I was directed toward a particular set of tires that seemed to be the best match of my specific budget and performance objectives.
As it turns out, I was not (financially) in position to purchase the recommended tires (I did not have enough cash set aside, and I loathe to purchase on credit), but when i have saved enough, I will be comfortable returning to this location to make the purchase.
Again, the high level of service I was provided, although clearly shopping around, secured my confidence in dealing with this particular retailer.

We thought we needed new tires. Instead of trying to sell us tires, he said that we just needed to inflate the tires to the proper pressure. We were so impressed with the service we will be going back for sure.

Removed tires and scrubbed rims, but did not perform alignment. I was told that they looked at my Jeep and I needed to replace the tie rods to the tune of $477.00 and then they would perform and charge me the $49.00 alignment at the same time. Gave me a typed estimate and when asked their labor rate, said they just figure that in and that is why they are cheaper than anyone else that does this. I asked if I was in danger in driving and they said I wasn't in imminent danger, but that I needed to get back into them asap. I said I would have to come back another time as I didn't have time for it. I saw my nephew over Christmas, who is a Michigan-licensed master mechanic. I asked him to please inspect those tie rods as I was concerned. He did and said they were in excellent working condition and there was no need to replace them. Need I say more about the level of honesty and professionalism?
