I went to Belle to get my tires after the friendly service I received over the phone when making inquires and when I was in the shop for a car battery. The sales representative Kris was especially helpful.
They have a competitor price match. While in the shop I asked about this when choosing a tire (I had researched the brands prior to coming in). They led me over to their computer and showed me the competitor site and the pricing for the tires. Good to know - saves time price shopping at home. They were timely.
They checked the alignment and returned with a printout and explained it fully. Without being patronizing! I thought it was a good price. They said I only needed a front end alignment, and didn't try to sell me what I didn't apparently need.
The lounge is comfortable (coffee, tv, internet access, snack machine) and clean.
