It was okay. When the worker left, he left all the paper taped up all over the bathroom and mirrors. This could have been removed before he left, it did not need to remain in place during the drying process. Also, the drain was completely removed from the tub rather than covered and I still can't get it back in correctly. Also when I checked out the tub before I left there were two black "specks" in the glaze. I asked about them and he shrugged it off and said, "oh, those will just flick out later when you start using the tub" - they did not. It's not worth an entire redo but of course I get annoyed everytime I see those specks.

Bathmasters needed to reglaze our tub twice because the first attempt had runs/drips along the entire front face of the tub. They agreed to stand behind their work, and come back and fixed the issue. I gave them a "C" which represents an average score (F for first attempt and A for second reglaze). The reglaze by Bathmasters was part of a complete bathroom remodel involving several contractors. The redo by Bathmasters complicated our scheduling and lengthened the time when the bathroom (and whole house) had the terrible smell. They stood behind their work. But having to do it twice caused significant distruption and inconvenience for us.

It went very well. I would highly recommend them. What stood out about them is the man who installed it and his expertise. I have had one issue which required a visit back from them and they were very good about their warranty. It was pricy. I thought the price was a little bit high.

Very nice people and I really wanted to give them a good review. But the first coating they did started to blister within a week. They came back within two days of my call to repair, but that repair only worked for about a month. Then they came back and started all over with a new guy. This time it is all good except a little imperfection by the drain which I suspect will peel as some point in the near future. They were very nice and apologetic. But it was a pain losing access to our one and only tub for two different 48 hour periods.

I had called on Monday Dec. 2nd and the technician was here the next morning. He was very polite and professional. The
bathroom is small - he completely covered and taped every thing and gave me explicit instructions as to how to maintain and care for the new glazing job and how long to wait before removing the coverings. I am very pleased with the result,my bathtub looks like new!

I called Bathmaster's and they were responsive and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule an appointment that fit well into my schedule. The individual who came was puntual and friendly. He explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. His time estimate was very accurate. The results are great, we have been very happy. The tub looks great! My only complaint is that the worker did not take off his shoes or wear any protective shoe covering when walking through my house. It doesn't appear that any dirt or paint got on the carpet. I think they should at least wear shoe coverings and perhaps put down that sticky plastic that just protects the path they take on the carpet. Overall, though, we are very happy with the results and would recommend Bathmasters.

It went quite well, they took a lot of care masking and venting and with followup instructions. We've not put the tub in use to test the finish but it seemed to cure up nicely. Some dust got in the final finish, but otherwise very fine work, and advice.

I needed my bathtub relined. Their price was competitive. Friendly customer service. They were prompt and the work was good. My only concern was the clean-up/finishing work that was needed after the job was done (untaping, caulking, cleaning). Maybe this is typical, but I'd prefer to not have to do that.

We had an excellent exprience using Bathmasters to refinish a 50 plus year old tub. I contacted several organizations that listed bathtub refinishing as a service they offer and Bathmasters was the first and only company to contact me in a timely manner. They followed up prior to the appointment, showed up on time, refinished the tub and cleaned up after themselves. They also took the time to explain the process to us before they begin. Great Job

Old bathtub with chips from a very old resurfacing job, tiles on walls around it were of very old-fashioned colors. I was told what could and couldn't be done to make the tub and tiles look new and not. The process was explained well to me including, unfortunately, that we couldn't use the bathroom for 24 hours or the tub for a few days, and that I would have to remove all the tape and paper that were applied to everything in the bathroom to prevent the resurfacing paint from getting on them- a mess but an unavoidable one. The job was done in several hours. The gentleman was professional and made sure to explain things to me well. / I am pleased with the job done but might choose a different way to improve a bathtub/wall if I had to, in the future - resurfacing is a messy process.

Bathmasters did a great job of transforming our tile and bathtub. Our tub and tile is from the 1950s and had suffered serious wear and tear, mildew, and soap scum. The result was a beautiful bright white finish. We had it done on a Friday and headed out of town for the weekend. That way we didn't have to smell the paint and be without a shower for a few days. When we got home the smell was still there (all the windows and the bathroom door had to be shut to prevent debris from sticking to the paint) but it cleared out a day or so later. I would highly recommend getting your tub/tile reglazed through Bathmasters. It will save you thousands of dollars compared to a gut job!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They destroyed my paint job with their super cheap masking tape AND failed to sufficiently tape off my brand new shower surround. This resulted in them overspraying the entire top half of the surround. They offered ZERO refund for this huge mistake. They came out and "fixed" it with some nasty polish full of kerosene and then assured me it in no way voided my surround warranty - yeah right. The owner is rude, condescending, and just all around horrible to deal with. If I could give this company a lower letter grade I would do it in a heartbeat.

"We reglazed this tub on Thursday, August 16th. The customer left a message about overspray on the wall via voicemail message on Saturday, August 18th. We returned her call on Monday first thing in the morning. We agreed to show up the following morning at 10am ar her request coming from Grand Rapids on short notice. We proceeded to remove the overspray the customer referred to with car polish compound (not kerosene). The surround was fixed and looked great. Removing over spray can happen periodically and it is never a problem to come in and remove. The customer was still not satisfied and was demanding a full refund along with compensation. The owner stated that the problem was fixed so he will not provide a refund. The customer became irate with his answer blocking him in the bathroom and not letting him leave until she received compensation. After flagging a co-worker for help from the bathroom window, the owner remained professional and left. It is unfortunate that the customer is still unsatisfied although the repair was completed successfully."
