B&K Tree Service

We had B&K remove a tree for us, which went fine. Until we called them back to grind the stump. Paid them another $350 and they didn't finish the job or haul away the wood chips like they said they would. When we contacted them to ask them to come finish the job grinding the stump and roots, they strung us along for another week telling us they would be back soon. Until they finally decided to be honest and admit that they contract out the grinding and we would have to pay another $150 to have the stump grinder come out and finish the job. Terrible communication, terrible professional ethics, and terrible customer service. Shame on you.

Brandon was very responsive. I appreciated his ability to text as well as call. He was able to come out on a Sunday and take care of the work. He had assistance from another man and his girlfriend (cleanup). The only thing I would have liked a heads up on was that the tree stump grinder was not part of B&K, but instead a third party, and cleanup was part of the cost, but the logs have yet to be picked up (Brandon was responsive and said a third party will pick these up tomorrow).

I had a good experience with B & K Tree Trimming. I like that they did a great job cleaning up. They did what they said they were going to do. They came on time and cleaned up on time. They are licensed and insured. I did not have any issue with the service.
