It took about two days to complete. Whenever I had a question the crew leader was accommodating and answered. Found a few nails after the fact, and it took about three weeks for them to come back and do the interior trim on the skylight. Very happy with the outcome. Looks great.

We started to experience grainual wash off and knew we had to replace our roof. I was afraid we would have water up there soon if we did not do anything about it. I asked my friends who had their roof redone recently who they used and was told her job was done well and the price was good. We called Avalon and Jesus came out. He was amazing. The way he talked and showed samples gave me confidence. State of the art materials. Listening to him I knew he did this for years and was knowledgeable. He made it easy. I wasn't nervous. We were here for the installation, the crew arrived at 720AM and left by 430PM. I could not tell they were here except for the extra shingles I requested they leave behind. Overall process went smooth. They worked hard. The crew leader went around and checked every single piece of plywood. I did not find one nail after it was all said and done. We have had lots of work done in our neighborhood and even our neighbors mentioned that they have never seen a roof go up that fast. Highly recommend them.

Very good experience. We are impressed. Did a very fine job. Jesus our sales representative stopped back to check on us after the install. When they installer did the chimney it was so hot and they worked really hard. The roofing crew arrived early and started to set up. We left for the day and when we came back at 530 in the evening and they had it all done. It was all cleaned up. They did an unbelievable job that's for sure. Very happy with it. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Hard workers, polite and nice. Went right along their business.

Did it in a day. Very nice and courteous. Very professional. We were experiencing leaks and now that the roof is on have no more leaks.

Jesus and Randy were very nice when they came to my home. They made me feel comfortable and they knew what they were talking about so I went with Avalon. It took awhile for them to start the project, longer than originally anticipated, but Randy did explain why it took longer than expected. When the crew arrived they worked until 9pm. Most of the roofing crew did not speak English, which made communication difficult, but they would wave when they saw me. The crew cleaned up after the job, but a few nails were still found. The roof took a total of two days. My gutters were installed afterwords by an installer who was very polite. He even came and helped me bring in my groceries In the middle of the day while he was here. The gutters were done very quick. I am very pleased with the work.

we choose Avalon because they were willing to flash the extras. The work was done very well. Dave, our installers is professional. He offered suggestions to make our house look beautiful. The only downfall would be our sales representative did not give us these options prior to the installation which resulted in changing the contract.

With no hesitation I would highly recommend them. David was nice when he came into my home to provide an estimate. Instsllers were nice and polite, cleaned up each day they worked. I thought the price was a little high to start out with, but I have had repair work done by them to my chimney and knew how they worked. They did a fine job and it looks good.

We are so pleased with the professionalism of the work. Communication was great. Mike who installed, came out for a measure and suggested an updated design on where the posts ended. We are glad we agreed because it looks beautiful. The rails are superior quality.

We love the way the windows and roof look! We went with Avalon due to the financing options. The roof was fairly priced, the windows are just expensive for the product. The windows also took longer than expected to get installed, but everyone was professional and polite. We did find nails around our home afterwords, but that is to be expected. We would definitely recommend them.

I hired them based on how quickly they could get the job done. They were professional and nice. Got the job done and it looks great. The color match is a little deeper than the house, but it matches the house.

Very professional. Price was a little high, but we did not have to do anything after we signed the contract. Our sales representative was knowledgeable and explained the process to us on how things would go. We recommend them.

Overall experience was excellence. The painting installers were wonderful. We had an issue with the roofing installers not covering our flat roof and rain which did damage personal belongings. Dealing with that issue was slightly difficult until I found the right person to talk too, then they gave great follow up. Quality product. Would definitely use Avalon again.

Billy, our sales representative, did a good job. He brought all the stuff with him and laid them on our table. Installers were great workers. It was really hot and they still worked through the end of the day. The end of the project was a little bit different, as only two people finished the job, but they worked. They really worked. Kevin and Shawn went above and beyond to get the finishing touches put on.

I had to call Avalon 5 separate times to repair my loose siding, flashing around my windows and tack down the shingles; all of which was due to shoddy workmanship and damage while they were roofing my house. When the salesmen came to sell the roofing job they told me of a certain portion of my roof needed to have the boards replaced and even showed me how weak this portion of the roof was. However upon inspection by another Avalon employee it was never done and it needed to be replaced. He stated he would talk with Nate to get this scheduled...never heard from them again. I would never recommend Avalon to anyone.

It went really well. It took two days to get all the windows installed. Stephan had to custom fit to make the windows fit. They did a great job with the installation and were very polite.

The crew for the roof was here bright and early and worked throughout the day. They worked together really well. The clean up was better than it was originally. The front entry door was done by two very professional friendly installers. They asked a few questions and got right to work. It was completed in two hours.

We knew what we wanted for siding. Billy came in a provided lots of information and samples for selection. The installers were friendly and worked **** ** the days they were here. Nate worked with us on the look of the transition strips to make it right and even replaced rotted wood on our bay window.

Not able to judge, work not started yet

Amazed that it was completed so quickly! I love the look of the shingle. The installers were clean and professional. David was knowledgeable and took his time with us. He even gave us helpful hints for our windows, which was very appreciated.

It went well. Justin made sure everything was done smoothly. Not a pushy company, when I was ready they were right on top of it.

Since they were very busy with other storm damage, it took a while to get them here. Once started, the roof was done in 1 1/2 days and looks very good. The drywall only took two half days but we are still waiting for application of the paint primer coat. The only "con" we can mention is the number of nails we keep finding. They cleaned up most of them but a few keep showing up, some in the driveway. I suppose this is normal.

Just ok workers were great the office not so much

Estimator showed up on time when scheduled. Price seemed fair at $750 ootd. Estimator called back 2 business days later (4 actual days) and told me he'd made a big mistake and was chewed out by his boss then told me the price was now double that. Said O.K. and he told me someone would call me within 2 business days to set a date and time for work to be done. 5 business days later no one had called me. I called him back and he said he'd get someone to call me back within 24 hours. 48 hours later no one had called still and NO ONE at their office would even pick up the phone. So I was forced to call him back and cancel all the work.

From our first contact, Avalon exhibited great professionalism. We talked through the project with project manager Nate and carpenter Mickey and decided on the details. We received a quote shortly afterwards, and the price was reasonable. Throughout the project Nate stayed in very close contact with us, keeping us informed of the schedule and checking with us to be sure that everything was being done in a satisfactory way. When there were a few problems with the cement, he saw to it that they were quickly repaired. Mickey did an outstanding job of creating the roof and trimming it out so that it looks as as if it has always been a part of the house.
