Description of Work: came out for bid. rude, smartalic. aggressive! bid $3800 on a insulation job. other bids came in at 1600 thru $2200 depending on materials. long story short, went with better materials and $1800 less

Description of Work: We had an emergency where a flat part of our roof got torn off recently by the wind. We needed to get this fixed quickly before the weather started warming up or we would have had major water damage. Avalon came out right away and assessed the situation. The repair was scheduled and completed in a couple days right before temperatures started rising. Thank you Avalon.

Description of Work: We are atill waiting for them to fix a leak around the Eyebrow window. During there working on the house a leak developed around a second story window. They have repaired that, but the shingles are still not stained. The other work that was done was done well

Description of Work: We had them install a French door & gutters. Would not have purchased anything based on presentation by salesman. He didn't seem to know much about the product he was selling. He gave us very little info on door, but knew a family member had been extremely happy with the one they purchased from Avalon. We were told door would be installed in 3 to 4 weeks & it was actually 7 weeks. The installers were EXCELLENT...can't say enough good about Mike!!!!
