I don't remember all of the details, but it took some problem solving and trial and error to correct what was an atypical problem. Haven't had any trouble with it since.

Had issue with motorized sliding door with our honda odyssey. It was totally broken and the motor needed to be replaced. It was going to cost over $1000 to repair but Ralph worked with me and instead of replacing the motor in the door they just fixed the door as manual and saved us $800. The door works great.
