The whole process was flawless from first contact to completion. The work team, usually 4 in number, was well organized and the windows were installed with minimal disruption. They cleaned up as they went along. The team was polite, courteous and respectful of our property. The written estimate was complete and detailed. Any question before and during was answered right away. Since the interior window frame was left intact, the contract included paining the interior window frames on all the installed windows. The cost included, replacement windows, labor and painting. Window installation took 3 days, painting @ 1 1/2 days.

A sash is what like saying a double hung windows the part that slides up and down and it has a wood frame and glass inside and so we got new of those to put into the frame work, the frame was fine we just needed new glass. They seem to not pay attention to my order I had to keep calling them.
