I have used this company in the past and have never had issues, the work is still great as far as quality, but this time he would not come back to finish the second half of the job, I contacted him several times by phone e-mail ect.   and would not get a response from him, this went on for months after the work was approved.  this was a very difficult situation and felt as a customer I was being purposely ignored, and when I was contacted he said he was doing other jobs and could not come do the second half of our work, and left us in a tore up position.
I am very happy with the quality of work, but next time I would be up front with them about communications and set some guidelines for completing the job. 
over all they did keep a good attitude about all and was proffessional other then being dependable when it came to finishing what was contracted to do in a timely manner.

Everything went well. The work was done as promised, there were no surprises, and the quality was good.

They did a great job. Due to the fact that they finished at night, I found a few areas that needed to be touched up the next day (once the sunlight hit the walls), and Jay apologized for not catching it the first time. He came back out that same week and made it right! I would definitely recommend their services.

I got estimates from three vendors, and out of the three, All Seasons was the most thorough in seeing items that may need to be repairs (small cracks, wallpaper wall damage, divots, etc). He was also able to fit work into my tight schedule, as I was getting estimates one week and wanting the work done before furniture shown up the following week. Jay and Balta shown up on time and got right to work. They were amazing, you'd look away from what they were working on, and when you'd look back they'd be done with it. Top notch work from both of them. I look forward to the spring and bringing them back to take care of my deck and garage.

Jay was wonderful to work with. I had hired an interior designer to help me with the remodel. I was unsure about one of the colors the designer chose to use for our dining room. I asked Jay what he thought about it. The advice he gave me was "The designer chose the color based on what he likes and what he thinks will look good. What do YOU like?" The workmanship and quality of the products used as wonderful. My walls are beautiful and my woodwork feels like silk when I touch it. They were efficient, quiet, and friendly. I could not be happier!

All employees in each house gave possitive feedback on their manorism, and outstanding work. I am going to add them to my list of "good" vendors to contact for future work.

I had questions about using magnetic paint for portions of the walls in the kids' room, and he said he would ask his paint rep and get back to me. He DID call back and said not many people use the magnetic paint, but it was fine to paint over it. (BTW- I painted the Rustoleum brand magnetic paint on the walls myself, and it just doesn't live up to my expectations, so I would not recommend using it, even having it done professionally.) They did have to put primer over my magnet paint, but the colored paint is completely even and looks great. When they arrived, it was a 3 person crew that included a woman. I was very impressed. They were all very courteous, took their shoes off at the door, worked together quietly and efficiently. The crew were all very polite and nice and personable, I felt comfortable having them in my home.
