All-Flo Plumbing

We contacted All Flo To investigate sediment in our hot water that was clogging fixtures. Two apprentice plumbers were sent to our home. They clearly had no idea how to address the problem. They essentially removed a few shower valves and turn the water on and off over a period of hours. This did not fix the problem. They did not have any meaningful theory as to why this was happening. Total charge: $700. Not only is the hourly rate excessive, but no advanced techniques were used to diagnose the problem, let alone treat it. It was fairly clear after a short period of time that the technique of flushing the line was not working. I highly recommend seeking another company as they are extremely expensive and do not appear to be competent.

I had a clogged bathroom sink. I have always cleaned it out myself in the past. All I had to do was remove the pivot rod from the pop-up and remove the clog of hair that it just below the surface in the tailpiece. It is not difficult, but messy and I didn't feel like doing it myself this time, so I called Godwin Plumbing who told me they do not do such things anymore and referred me to All-Flo. All-Flo told me it would be $195 for first half hour and extra if longer. I was too trusting when they arrived. I should have started timing him, but I thought there is no way it will take him more than a half hour as it never took me that long. I let him go about his business while I was in the basement. He came down not long after he arrived 5-10 minutes and said he'd found hair, and roots and offered to clean out the main line for more money. I declined as I have a service that I trust and use regularly for this, plus I thought it sounded fishy as I'd had the mainline cleaned out in the past year. Again I was too trusting and I just let him finish which since he'd already taken out the clog I thought would be shortly. Even so it didn't seem that he was there longer than 30 minutes, but when he gave me the bill it was for $225 rather than $195 . I paid it. Later I talked with a friend of mine who works for the city's water and sewerage dept. He said that there was no way All-Flo could have run into roots in my line with a 50 ft cable from bathroom sink which is what they used. I called my service that cleans my mainline and had them come out too, and they found nothing. I conclude that All-Flo was trying to upsell me, and since I didn't go for the "recommended extra service" he got what he could by drawing out packing up his tools and charging me an extra $30. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The installation of the pipe with some added replacement of other (copper) pipes to the toilets and showers took just short of two days. They had to pull and re-seal 3 toilets, not to mention go into a crawl space for part of the large pipe. They also cleaned up and hauled away all the old plumbing.

They bathroom sink was all plugged up and the bucket was dripping like crazy. They had to make about 3 trips but they did get it right the 3rd time. They did get it right, it was a difficult thing to find out where it was dripping. It wasn't exactly cheap, they didn't count for the 2 trips coming back cause they didn't get it the first time but I think it was somewhere around a couple hundred dollars all together cause I think they had to replace something. They had to replace a couple somethings. The service was great I mean the guy he would keep coming back until he got it fixed the same day. He kept coming back the same day from when he got through with another job, he came back 2 other times until he got it. He said "I'm gonna get this. Now I'm I know what it is." And so he got it fixed. But it did take those 3 times. I felt it was just a little bit overpriced, but we had no choice. I thought they were a little high priced but I knew they would be because they come the same day. I think in the past we have used them a couple of times for an emergency and it does cost more because they will come the same day. The guy was very professional in doing everything.

They’re not the cheapest, but if you want somebody to come out and get stuff done and get it right the first time and not have to pay somebody else then give them a call. I wasn’t here, but the people that were said that they were pretty good. They were prompt in calling me back. They came at their soonest availability, and they were reasonably priced.

Called All Flo plumbing to test my backflow. Made appt and missed appt. Was waiting for a phone call when he would be here. Made another appointment. Gentleman tested my backfow and it failed. Made appointment to repair. Missed the service man twice. Finally we connected and he made repairs. I think this company needs to phone ahead when they will be at your house. You need to wait all day for them to show up, what a waste of time,

Referred by Godwin plumbers when they could not do it that day. Quick response simple transaction in the end as far as billing and invoices. Price pretty much the same as other competitors

They were prompt,professional, thorough, and cleaned up very carefully. Perhaps a little more expensive than I expected, but job done right and was timely. My usual plumbing resource had no appointments sooner than a week! Incidentally, this was daytime service, not emergency service rates

Called Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. and was able to get an appointed scheduled for that afternoon.  At 10:30 a.m., got call back saying that a team had freed up and could be over in 20 minutes.
Dan and his assistant (can't recall his name) were punctual, very friendly, knowledgeable and performed a quality job.  He also advised that this was a temporary solution and long term fix is to have sewer line from house to main replaced.  He provided a name of  an excavator they recommend, as All-Flo does not do sewer line replacement.
I have used All-Flo in the past and received quality work at that time as well.  I will continue to use them for any plumbing work needed, first because they are a Christian company, and second, because they do quality work.

I originally called Godwin Plumbing, which I have used before and really like. They said they only had two trucks that could handle cleaning out of drains and would not be able to get to it until Friday. They recommended All-Flo Plumbing, which handles a lot of these kinds of issues. I was grateful for the referral.
I called All-Flo after 8:30 AM and they came out late the same morning. Dan, the service guy, checked the drain out. Everything seemed to be in working drainage order, even when we turned the washing machine, and two sinks and flowed all the water through. He suggested that either the had been a clog of some kind in the pipe when the washing machine ran, or the sump pump (12 years old) switch had a glitch. This seemed to fit the scenario of the overflow. He said I could just keep an eye on it or change out the pump. He made no push to sell a new pump. Since this was the second time I had an overflow over a period of months, I decided to change out the sump pump so I wouldn't have to worry about future water damage to my basement. He called into the office and made the time to do the job right then. Dan had the old pump out and the new one installed really fast. He also corrected air pressure issue, while doing it. So, in a matter of a few hours, I had a new pump and greater piece of mind. Dan was a great worker, and I appreciate the company's willingness to handle the job ASAP. All-Flo is now on my short list of home maintenance companies.

It was an emergency. The company I used to use was to busy so they recommended All-Flo Plumbing. He did the job well and I have not had any issue with the drain since. He was a little pricey but probably because of the hour.

Took a little long but got the job done fine

We will be needing a new faucet.  During the machinations of trying to get the leak fixed, I did not feel comfortable picking out a faucet over the phone.  Steve arranged to get the immediate leak fixed, and he will come back and install the faucet for labor, only--no house call fee.  We have used this company in the past, and we will continue to use them!  The are honest and deal with their customers ethically and with integrity.

I received excellent service.  The provider was knowledgeable, punctual, and extremely competent.  I will continue to use this company in the future and will recommend them highly.  I am quite happy I discovered All-Flo.  I had called another plumber and they did not have time to fit me in that day.  They recommended All-Flo and I am grateful for the great recommendation. Trench was dug around concrete basement parameter, new drain tile & pipes laid, new crock & sump pump installed, and cement covered.

All-Flo Plumbing did a great job. They were very respectful of my home and didn't track stuff through it coming in and out, they put the booties on. They were very punctual and fairly priced. He is related to our neighbors and we wanted someone we could trust, so that was good. We were real happy with the work he did.

They're dependable and their pricing is very fair. They did a very good job.

Our kitchen sink faucet was a continual problem.  It never worked as the original plumber stated.  then we found we could not get parts for its repair.  We consulted with All-Flo about a replacement.  We were connected to the plumbing supply house to make a choice.  The brand we chose could be repaired by the homeowner if that was the choice.  It was a larger than anticipated cost to replace the faucet, dish sprayer and soap dispenser, but this unit has not given us any problems and I don't expect any in the foreseeable future.

They went above and beyond- they discovered that our house originally was on a septic tank and then converted to sewer. Our lines run flat under the concrete in our basement which would require removing concrete and replacing with new PVC pipes. They gave us that option. But for now, they scoped and water-jetted our lines from the outside drain plug, under the basement, and out to the street. All clear.
