At first things seemed to go okay. But as time went on they became less and less responsive and slower and slower in their work. 
We are now at a point where in 3 full weeks time they have not returned my calls. Not one word back.
They have over half the work done, some of the money and now they seem to be gone forever. We will not pay them any more money. 
They sent journeymen workers over who did a lot of damage to this home. I have pictures. To put in a wall socket they made holes in the wall sometimes as big as 18" wide and 9" high so they could "swing their hammer". We asked them to not do this and the very next time they did it again. I took pictures of it and sent them to Brad but he never commented on them. They have held up our rehab for some weeks now and we have to get another electrician to finish the work. 
It would be one thing had he called me and had some problem we could talk about but at some point he just decided to opt out of communication and any work. It makes no sense to me but they have turned into that very worst contractor nightmare. 

They did a great job.  My house is very old, so they had to use some innovative radio technology to be sure they could help out with everything.  This house is all plaster with no drywall at all.  Now I have breakers for both the upstairs and the downstairs.  The inspector looked at it and approved it.  They were here and did this huge job in one day.  That was amazing.  They came back to fix up a few minor issues the next day, but we only had the power off for one day. The only problem was that they had to cut my shelf down in front of my electrical boxes in order to get it to code.  I was sad but it wasn't their fault at all.

They were very knowledgeable but willing to listen. They are reasonable in price and very customer friendly. I will recommend them to anybody.

He did NOT remove the old wiring. He merely changed out the plugs but never provided the ground that he was supposed to. He removed very little of the old wiring. In fact, when we took a mirror off a wall and discovered two holes with old wires sticking out them where sconces had once hung, we discovered that the wires were hot. Brad raised the mast too high outdoors and has never returned to fix it. At one point, the city was threatening to turn off my power because the mast was too high for a bucket truck to service it in an emergency. Brad has never returned to fix it. The trench he dug to wire the garage is only 4 inches deep, rather than the required 24 inches. He did not use a conduit. At one place, the wire is visible on the ground. For a while I called him weekly, and he kept putting me off saying he was sick or that one of his workers was sick or that he was going on vacation. That was in July and August of 06. As of the end of October, he has not returned.
