"We handled fixing it. Even though the customers home had other contractors coming in and out. - We are more than happy to help any of our customers fix something if we did it. We may have simply just missed it. Glad we got it fixed for you though."
There were two negatives. Scheduled for 8:30 am but they showed up at 9:15 am. They did call to let us know they were going to be late. They backed their truck into one of my neighbors cars and damaged a tail light. They called their manager who took care of that issue.
Overall, it was a very good service and well worth the cost.

On arrival, Greg went over the rules and explained what is and is-not covered by the move.
Move took 12-13 hours and everything went very well. They did a great job of placing the furniture and boxes where we wanted them. Move itself was 3.5 mile driving distance. They had to make 3 trips. They worked tirelessly.
They even moved my old furniture to the curbside for the trash guy to pick up.
Will recommend them to others.
I would highly recommend Aand C; they came, they did the job, they left...everyone was happy! And the price was reasonable for 11.5 hours of work on a Friday the 13th!
Nice job guys...and thanks again...we never could have done it by ourselves. My husband and I consider it money well spent!
