The daycare and boarding are amazing! They truly care about providing appropriate activities, fun, and safe play environment for my puppy while we are away at school, work, vacation. They group the dogs according to age, size, and temperament to make your dog feel most comfortable and safe. They went above and beyond to orient my puppy for her first visit to Nana's, therefore she just loves to go and play! We left her there for 10 nights while we were away on spring break and I felt very comfortable that she was being well cared for and loved! I will never take her anywhere else but Nana's!

My dog loves going to Nana N Paws for daycare. He gets lots of excercise and attention from the people that work there.

They take great care of her. They are very compassionate. The owner Patty is extremely detailed with everything she does. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our chocolate lab Dakota was very happy and well taken care of at Nana-N-Paws. The facility is very nice and exceptionally clean. On the days he goes there for daycare he gets to play all day with other dogs and comes home happy and exhausted. A great combination for a puppy.

We have been taking our puppy to this facility for day care for several months. Our pup always comes home happy and tired.
We have just enrolled in beginning obedience training and have really enjoyed that as well.
Patty and her staff are very knowledgeable, professional and provide great service and very affordable pricing.

I cannot express how FANTASTIC Nana-N-Paws was this week. Patty was a SAINT helping me through the worst week with my two collies who were recovering from toxin poisoning from eating my medications. Patty took them in and nursed them back to health and she NEVER even met me or the dogs before.
We were only scheduled for one day of doggie day care and grooming. She coordinated care with Miller Animal Clinic for the collie who was dehydrated, transported her there and kept in contact with me and the vet. When the collie was better, she transported the collie back to Nana-N-Paws, hand fed her a meal of brown rice, dry dog food and canned duck flavored food. Meanwhile, the healthier collie was getting the royal treatment running around the facility making friends everywhere.
It is rare to find such kindness and understanding in today's business industry. When you walk into Nana-N-Paws you are walking into a home with caring people who love your animals, the good as well as the naughty.

My dog has an absolute blast at Nana's. Every time I pick her up from there, she is exhausted for the remainder of the evening. This lets me know that she has been given lots of love, attention and play.
I am extremely satisfied with my experiences with Nana-N-Paws.
There is nothing like Nana's in the Lansing area. You cannot beat their service, price, or their facility.
Lastly, I find it very convenient that you can make a reservation for daycare/overnight care on their website.

My dog Alma was bored at home. She was destructive: chewing up things that weren't hers, getting into the garbage, counter surfing. We have another dog, but he is older and not as active as the 2 year old dog. I took them both to Nana-n-Paws and the change in Alma has been amazing. She no longer chews things up. She gets along well with other dogs and with other people. She is sweet and charming and not bored any more. Patty Lance is the dog whisperer.
Also, my dog Buck is a long haired Golden Retriever and difficult to groom. (It takes a long time to dry him) Tinetha (one of the groomers at Nana's) did an excellent job with him.
Nana-n-Paws also does sleepover care which I haven't used yet, but will around Spring Break time.
My dogs get so excited when I tell them it is time to go to Nana's. They jump into the car. When they come home from a day with Nana, they are both exhausted for the entire next day. It is awesome!
