Excellent service from Doug. He basically diagnosed the issue over the phone, arrived promptly on the morning we scheduled, and fixed the issue quickly. A real pleasure to work with.

While it was the second year I had this same problem it was fixed at a discounted rate. I am pleased with their service.

I was worried that I was going to need a new door but the door worked fine after being braced and the cost was much less than I expectec.

It went fine. The technician showed up on time and was pleasant to work with. Very professional.

The estimate was provided quickly, and I had a couple of different options to consider in terms of door style, insulation, and belt drive options. It does take a few weeks between the time of down payment for the door to be manufactured and shipped to the company for installation. Doug was responsive, did a good job installing the door and belt drive opener, and accommodating of my need to do some painting of the garage door jamb.

Doug arrived and identified the door height issue quickly and made the adjustments to my door springs. He noted that whoever installed the garage door originally only set the spring pressure for a 7' door height and not for 8' door height that we have. I was given an estimate over the phone when I called to schedule which was great. It was noted that I was located a little farther than his normal trip charge and an additional charge was included in the estimate provided for those members looking at the cost of service to compare. This is something I am used when hiring professionals for where I live. It is not unusual for me to pay extra for professional services at my home so it wasn't a big deal to me. Overall this repair went better than I anticipated as it was a quick fix and was serviced. I did get another quote from another company at the same time that was cheaper but based on their Angie's List rating of "D", I went with "A" rated Mid-Michigan Overhead Door and was very satisfied. This was the first time I've hired to have a garage door serviced and will go to Mid-Michigan Overhead Door when I do.

Fixed the problem. In addition botom door seal was reinforced, opener lights were repaired, and door was lubricated. The scope of work was beyond my expectations and done quickly.

Very well. Contractor showed up on time. Serviced the components and explained what kind of issues may develop in the future. Worked efficiently. Total service charge was reasonable given the travel time needed and time needed to service the doors.

Arrived exactly on time. Informative. Knew their stuff. Did a great job.

Had a minor accident (car vs. garage door, loser = door).  The door was dented, knocked partially off its tracks, the sensors were bent way out of alignment, and one track was warped.  Called Overhead Door of Mid-Michigan first thing the next morning.  No appointments were available that day (no surprise), so scheduled a meeting for the next.  
Frankly I was worried if the door could even be fixed - it's old, and to my untrained eye it looked pretty bad.  Doug arrived within our agreed-upon meeting window, took a look and told me he'd go get his tools.  About 45 minutes later, he knocked & told me I was all set.  No mention at all of replacing anything, just got the job done.  And I was genuinely surprised at how reasonable it was. 
Can't thank them enough for taking care of us so quickly and affordably, and they will have our business if we need any other service on our garage door.
