Ron and his crew were responsive to our needs and did a great job providing an updated beautiful home when the whole project was completed. Ron intervened with insurance to get additional coverage for replacement windows and other items they missed on initial assessment. They did a terrible job and they wouldn't respond to my calls. Our basement had flooded completely and had good couple of inches water on the floor and everything quite a bit of stuff needed to be removed and they couldn't get him to come out, they didn't call us back or email us or anything several times. Things are kind of complicated I have a daughter who has cancer and they didn't want to do the service because of my daughter, they didn't want the liability. This is what I was told by one of the manager. The owner did not want to do the service. I would not use them in the future.

I can't rave enough about Ted and Ross from Ameri-Pro. They were professional and responsive, and did a great job. Ross even went above and beyond the call of duty and set off bug foggers in my crawl space after work was completed - saving me from having to do it!  <br /> It was a nasty job - unbeknownst to me, my sewage system had failed and was dumping raw sewage into my crawl space. Ameri-Pro got right on it and talked me through all the work that was needed. Ted even met me at a work event so I could give him a key to my house and get things started. <br /> I would use this company again in a minute. <br />

Great! They were very knowledgeable and professional. Told us the mold was not toxic and that some of it on cement walls was not mold. They recommended a sealing process. We are considering it. Have dealt with leaky basement for years with many "solutions"so plan to look into it thoroughly. May use them as they were great. I don't have the estimate in front of me so just guessing on the amount. <br />

<p><br /></p> <p>Everything was restored to condition prior to damage or better in many cases. Cleaners were amazing. Delays were minor and schedule slipped but not badly. Communications with project manager and supervisor on site were professional, factual and results oriented.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />

They were responsive and came in under their initial estimate.  Friendly service too.

We initially hired Ameri Pro back in Dec of 2008 , because of a sewage backup. When it, unfortunately, happened again in we immediately called Ameri Pro. They came within a couple hours to see the damage and got to work the following day. We were very impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and thoroughness. We were kept informed about what they were doing and why and they made sure we were satisfied with their work. They clean up the sewage backup, cut out what drywall was necessary and ensured that there wasn't any mold or toxins left behind. We did not have them restore the basement, though they would have done a great job, only because we did it ourselves to help stretch the insurance money.  Ameri Pro was also great at working with insurance companies, which was a relief. <br /> If we endured another emergency with our basement we would call Ameri Pro without hesitation. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water/sewage damage. <br />

We were very disappointed with them. They was taking a very long time. The price ended up covering my home owners insuring company. He told us we do not need to work with Ameri pro. We had our house powered down from his water damage. That was one of the problems with Ameri pro. We chose Ameri pro based on the rating on Angie's list. The price was on insurance claim basis. They got paid 10,000 dollars for the work. They wouldn't even let us get into our home for a period of time. Luckily the insurance company did reimburse us what we spent in the motel.

There was nothing to remediate, but they were very thorough and explained things very well. I chose them because they seemed the most knowledgeable after I have talked to a couple of other places.

AmeriPro was quick to fulfill the restoration needs caused by another company's errors. They also recommended a fantastic new plumbing company, who I will use in the future, if any needs arise. The cleanup process was thorough (to dry/remove damaged areas) and the restoration quality was top notch. <br />

Ameripro was amazing. They treated me with such respect and kindness after a very devastating fire. They came in and packed and took everything out of my home to be cleaned and treated for smoke damage. They were in constant communication with me. They brought everything back to my new home, set furniture back up. I could not believe it. My clothes, furniture, dishes everything was smoke free. I had friends visit and ask them to smell couch for smoke smell it was completely gone. it was wonderful to have a lot of my things back that meant so much to me. I owe this to Ameripro. I would highly recommend Ameripro to any one for all the services they provide. They showed a high standard of professionalism and truly cared. They also checked on me once settled in my new home. <br />

The two gentlemen were very professional and hard workers. They were prompt on arrival each time, were accommodating as to when it would be good for us to be home to do their work, and they did a very thorough job.  It was a hard area to clean simply because the space was only 3 to 4 feet in height.  I would definitely hire this company again.  I was a little surprised of the cost but then again I have never had to use a restoration company before.  I have heard that most other companies would charge about the same.  Half of payment was due at clean up and the other half due after all was completed including drying of the area. The men were very clear as to the costs, what it involved, and what additional charges would be incurred above and beyond the quote before they proceeded.  They kept things clean and left areas clean.  They were more than willing to work with insurance, however, our insurance did not cover it due to the homeowner needing to take preventative measures and have drains cleaned periodically.  I learned not to wait 28 years or until something happens to clean the drains. <br />

Three times, storm water back-up into the finished out, carpeted basement and 1 broken boiler heat pipe in the carpeted guest room in the basement. They completely dried out the basement including the carpet then re-laid and cleaned the carpet. This time, an ice dam on the roof caused water to go through the plaster ceiling on to the hardwood floor in the living room. <br />

<p>I haven't had Ameri pro work on my basement yet however there are some things I know about the company and Mr. Brown.  How the company  waterproofs the basement is the best and most reliable way to waterproof a basement.  I know this because I have done my research. I have interviewed other companies.  As a woman I suppose they think they can get away with lying and trying to sell an inferior product. I am grandfathered into the massage License requirements.  I therefore have a license and license number that I not only have posted in my office but carry a card with the info on it.  I had one contractor who could not supply me with his State license number and he lied to me saying he was grandfathered in and therefore didn't get  a card/license number.</p> <br />

Ron was very concerned and helpful.  He was there to help me deal with my less than helpful landlord, even spoke to them and sent them the mold test for me.  I was able to get a hold of a person each time I called, anytime of the day.  The situation was miserable, but Ron and AmeriPro made it bearable. His concern for my patients, staff and myself was so comforting.  He and his company go above and beyond.  I have had my family and friends put their number into their phones in case of any emergency with water or fire so I know that they will get the best possible care! <br />

Ameri Pro went above and beyond what was expected. Since my parents are elderly, they assembled a new storage cabinet for them too. <br /> They said all the staff was very friendly and kept them informed on everything as they went along.

The house in Michigan is a 2nd home and I live in Texas.  Contracting for the job was a concern since I am 2000 miles away.  Ameri-Pro was AWESOME!  They emailed me pictures along with a very clear, detailed quote which included items that may need work as they got into the guts of the job and may find other problems.  Ameri-Pro emailed me the contract to signed and return by email.  They kept in contact with me through emails and phone calls.  As the project proceeded, I was perfectly comfortable not being there.  Ron Brown (Ameri-Pro) went above and beyond by sending me pictures of things that the Tenants of the house could do to improve the home as well as give me information on other service providers should I need them for things not related to Ameri-Pro's contract.  The project was started on time and completed on the due date I was given.  Based on the comment by a relative who saw the completed job, it was done perfectly and the new bathroom looked great.  I couldn't have been happier. As a result of Ameri-Pro and Ron Brown, not only am I very pleased with their work, but the house is now undergoing cleanup and interior painting.  I would absolutely use Ameri-Pro again and especially recommend them to anyone who may spend extended time out of the state but need emergency work done.

Ameri-Pro communicated with me every step of the way.  Extremely conscientious and went out of their way to minimize the disruption to the household.  The crew was very professional and polite.  There were no "hard sell" or scare tactics.  Provided pre/post independent lab tests to determine mold levels.  I would recommend them to anyone. <br />

So far so good.  But it's not completely finished yet.

Our basement was flooded. We called AmeriPro to come in and do the clean up and repair work. The crew responded right away for a call made on a Saturday, and came 2 hours later and started exacting the water and removing parts of the basement that suffered water damage (baseboard of one room, carpet liner), and brought in fans to dry out the area. They also treated the area for potential mold. They came two days later to check on the drying and decided to leave a couple of the fans for one more day to ensure that the whole area is dried. <br /> They also did the repair work to replace the baseboard, repainted the wall and baseboard, and relined the carpet. They were punctual, efficient, and courteous. <br />

They had waterproofed the basement prior to us buying the home. They came out last fall because we had a leak in the basement. But they refused to stand behind their work. So we had to call another contractor to come in and correct the problem. Who informed us that he had told the previous owners of the house that more work needed to be done along with the water proofing that they wanted done. I will not use them again because of the poor customer service they provide.
