TERRY'S APPLIANCE SVC

Excellent. Terry is a real professional with considerable knowledge, experience and ideas. Job was professional from start with a review of what as required to finish with explanation of the new unit's operation and clean up of the installation site. Will use him again for other jobs and have already recommended him to others. Was on time and finished job in short order. Also provided some installation adjustments for venting, while not required, was done to make the venting more efficient. A contractor who takes real pride in his work.

He was excellent, I have never known anyone who is so able to work with his customers. He is the most fantastic and pleasant man to deal with, and at such a low cost!

Service man was pleasant and quick. The belt had come off the drum and it took him just minutes to fix it. Very reasonable charge. Very happy with work.

Terry was on time, he fixed the problem quickly and even showed me how to prevent the issue in the future. Terry exceeded my expectations and I would not have a problem calling him again or recommending him to family and friends. Like in a previous review, Terry fit me into his busy schedule. I did call around for quotes from other service companies, and by far Terry's Appliance Service was the most reasonable.

I scheduled the appointment, as he was booked solid for 2 days and could not squeeze me in. He was waiting for me at the house the day of the service call. He quickly looked at each appliance, told me what he thought the problems were and was dead on each. He didn't have the correct components( defrost heater element and gas valve coil ) but said he could pick them up and be back the next morning, which was Saturday. I told him Monday was fine, but I appreciated the offer to work on the weekend. He defrosted the coils in the freezer before leaving and had that working properly. He returned on Monday, a half hour later was finished and gone. His estimate was right on the money. Very pleased with the service

THEY WERE VERY QUICK RESPONDING, THEY CAME ON TIME. I DID NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEM OVER-CHARGING ME FOR THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR ME. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.
