When I brought it in, he said he would work on it and on the following Tuesday, it would be done. I called him on Monday, in case he finished early. He had not, but he explained that as soon as he was finished, he would notify me. I got a voice mail on Tuesday afternoon saying the vacuum was done and giving me store hours.
I picked up the machine the next day and he went through all he had done to service it. I was impressed!
When I got home, I was even more impressed after using it! It was fixed and worked even better than expected!!
