The serviceman is friendly and efficient and thorough and there have been no bugs inside. Since we are near water, spiders were a big problem. We have had none since we started with this company. He will also come back if there is any problem either with their service or otherwise. I had discovered a nest of yellowjackets in my garden, and one call, one visit and they were gone-no charge.

He did a very nice, thorough job. He took care of our problem. He is the only employee so it's kind of hard for him to schedule, but he does a great job.
