It is fixed and I got a 30 guarantee on the repair. I called the company at 9am and was given an appointment between 11:00am and 1:00pm. Repair person got here at 10:45am and was gone by 11:00am. My home is in Muskegon

We did have to have a second service call due to incorrect part ordered. Not out of the ordinary since the cooktop is older and no longer in production. Only a two day delay. Overall, very pleased with the service call.

He was prompt, courteous and professional.

The clothes washer developed a horrible rattle on April 22. Later that
afternoon, the dishwasher's mounting broke and the dishwasher came
sliding out of its space in the cabinetry. Yay. fun. Lakeshore
Appliance Repair called after a looksee through Angie's List. They set
an appointment for the day after and came out on time. We had asked
the repairman to knock at the door (relatives visiting with a baby...).
Repairman forgot, rang the doorbell and was horrified. The fact that he
apologized the way he did made us like him before he did any work.
He diagnosed the washer problem immediately (drive belt/chain) and fixed
it. Fixed the dishwasher and noticed that the top spray arm was
clogged. Cleaned that out, too. Everything works. Price was much
lower than expected and work was efficient.

The owner, who actually comes to do the service, is very prompt. He arrives when he says he is going to arrive. He doesn't leave a mess when he leaves. He explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. I would definitely use him again.

It went well. the serviceman gave us a 2 hour window, and arrived at the beginning. he was in and out in about a half hour, and explained what he was doing to me. he made a recommendation re use of the bleach dispenser--not why he was there. he was pleasant and informative.
