Jer's TV Repair

It went well. Quick response time. Jer came to the house and repaired the TV on site. Very friendly and now TV works great.

Project went very well and we are very pleased with the outcome from the factory/supplier.

Jer repaired the problem, gave us a 45-day warranty, and recommended the proper surge protector to purchase.  He was very prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable.

My father did not have volume control on his living room TV.  Jer was called on 4/29/15 as a listed vendor on Angie'sList.  He and Dad made an appointment for the following afternoon.  Jer arrived on time and Dad found him polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.  He modified the volume settings, linked all his remotes, and rewired his sound system properly.  Dad said he would both easily and highly recommend Jer to friends and others for quality work performed at a low & fair price.

I had called Jer Friday evening and he was able to work me in for an early Monday Morning appointment.  Jer is very knowledgeable and extremely nice and professional.  He was right on time and did a great job at a good price.  I would highly recommend for TV repair.

He was very forthcoming about the work he does and his fees. We made the appointment and he was prompt in showing up on time for the appointment. He went about his work very professionally, discovered the problem, and went about ordering the necessary parts that would repair the problem. His prices were reasonable. He represented himself very professionally. He was very thorough, gave good advice, and made everything turn out OK. And while no one ever feels good when their equipment breaks down, it is nice to know there still are ethical repair service providers like Jer who do fine work and are a pleasure to deal with. He did the repair work, and while he was there, we had him hook up a new sound system for a nominal install price. He was able to synch most everything to the cable remote unit. We highly recommend Jer and would call him any time we would need service work involving television repairs and installs, connecting televisions to sound systems, and mounting the systems on walls._x000D_|

He charged $75 to come out and look at it which I think was fairly reasonable. He thought he would be able to fix it but said the labor would be an additional $50. He said that if the repair worked, then he would charge us the additional cost, and if didn't then he would not. It ended up not working and he didn't charge us any extra. He packed up and got rid of the broken tv for us and also gave excellent advise on where to go and who to talk to when purchasing a new tv. I thought for the $75 this service experience was an excellent value and well worth the money. He does in-home tv repair which he recommends for large screen tv's as the risk of damage during transport is too great. He also has a very imformative website.

Jeremy is very professional, polite and very knowledable. I suddenly had no sound on the TV in Motor Home and was planing a trip. They scheduled me the very day after I called. He was right on time the next morning. He found the problem was not with the TV at all, but rather the Digital Converter, (since this is an older TV). I had another converter, he used that one and had the TV working beautifully in no time. He also rearranged all the cables for me so they were in a much neater state.
He could have easily said it was the TV, but he didn't. He charged me only for the Service Call. He is someone I would definately recomend to others. His professionalism, along with a very nice friendly personality, make him an A A plus in my book.
