They were right on time. They came when they said they would, as far as the date. It was done efficiently. They came, they did the job, they left.

I was really happy with the price, work and the product. The product was delivered to my home and as soon as I got it, I called them and the guy came out before I ordered them. He measured my windows to make sure they are perfect. When it arrived, he came out the very next day after that and installed them so it was really quick. I was pretty happy with it.

We bought carpet for our living room, stairs and hallway in April, 2013. At the time we were told installation would be delayed a couple of weeks because the store was busy with other orders. Our work wound up being scheduled for four weeks later. We paid extra for furniture moving and haul away. On the installation day, three installers arrived. The boss looked at our living room and announced that he would not move a large coffee table because it had a glass top and he regarded it as fragile. I told him that I could not move it by myself and we were paying for furniture moving. Because he was not going to move furniture as agreed, I told him to leave. I then called the store and was referred to the sub-contractor who schedules the work. They agreed to send out another crew although it would be July 11 before they could come out again. The two installers arrived promptly on July 11 and did a wonderful job. They moved the coffee table and did a first rate job on the carpet installation. We were very pleased with the second set of installers and with the carpet they installed. My ratings reflect both sets of installers combined. If we only had the second set of installers, I would have graded everything but price an and quot;Aand quot;.

We had a great experience! From the saleman, Frank, who lives locally to the install crew and the Home Depot inspector. They were on time and courteous. They worked hard and did a great job. Our new windows are beautiful and we will use them when it's time to do the main floor windows. Simonton windows look great on our 1950's era house!

MY KITCHEN FLOOR LOOKS GREAT. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF REMODELING MY KITCHEN FLOOR. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY PERFORMED FOR ME. THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.
