Everything went smooth from the purchase to the delivery and installation!!! Bekins employees are beyond exceptional!!! Knowledgeable, prompt and always friendly!!! Everyone seems to care and they know their products inside and out!! I wouldnt shop anywhere else!!!

I took in the dimensions of my refrigerator along with the model I was replacing in to the store and was sold a "standard" size when I was looking to replace a counter-top depth. The standard size was delivered to my house and at that point the delivery team realized it would not fit. It would be another week until I had a refrigerator so I asked about a loaner or one I could rent until the new one came, was told he'd "look around and get back to me" but never did. I was bummed because in the store they promote their testimonials all over the walls, but I was not impressed by the customer service.

Service men arrived when expected. They were very professional and were able to diagnose problems and fixed with no problem. They always have been very professional in all aspects of their jobs both retail and service. I would not go anywhere else to buy appliances and to have the level of service they provide. We purchased a new stove. They installed the unit, cleaned it thoroughly before leaving. When we found damage on the unit they returned promptly and replaced the damaged part.

The delivery guys were excellent. They were timely, neat, clean, polite and efficient. Everything was put in correctly the first time, which can be a hassle when you're talking dishwashers and running a water line to the new refrigerator/freezer. The sales woman, Nicole (I understand she is no longer there), was a joy to work with, as were the gals at the front desk. Prices are higher than the big box stores but the service is well worth it (IMHO). Nicole was knowledgeable and got me a 10% discount to boot for bundling. I visited the store several times with questions and to look at different models. I love their showroom and the atmosphere is just very comfortable and I didn't feel any undue pressure to buy. I will definitely use Bekins again.

.The drain pump on my 4 year old Fisher Paykel washer start leaking. A Bekin's technician who is authorized by Fisher Paykel made the house call. After replacing the part, he called Fisher Paykel and they paid for the replacement part, since the washer was only 4 years old. Very satisfied all the way around!!

BEKINS' AUDIO VIDEO and APPL INC was good. My acquaintance got an estimate. They were more thorough. They were able to get us good deals on rebates. They informed us that we needed another piece before buying the one that we wanted. They were just very thorough. They made sure the openings were right. I trusted them more. We had trouble getting a hold of the other guy we wanted to use. Bekin seemed generally interested and were more helpful.

They were unable to troubleshoot a simple process with the dishwasher, and I ended up calling the manufacturer. The manufacturer's designated repair person fixed the problem. I would not recommend Bekins Inc.

I contacted Bekins originally for a service call. My washing machine was making strange noises and had stopped agitating. I was able to get an appointment two days later. I was given the time of 12:00-6:00 and was told that the repair person would call before he came. At 12:30, I got a call. He showed up 5 minutes later. Turns out, I blew the transmission. I could have the transmission replaced, but it would probably cost more than a whole new machine. I had to pay for the service call ($65) but he gave me a certificate for a 10 year parts warranty if I ended up buying from them. He said they would price match and probably credit me for the repair. I went down to Bekins later that day. Nice showroom, bigger than it looks. Told them the story, looked at washing machines. Not a ton of brands to choose from, but enough and ones I've heard of. Some no frills, most had all the bells and whistles. I ended up picking a moderately priced one. I didn't go all around to the home stores to compare. I didn't have the time or energy. They could deliver it two days later. They set the delivery time at 4:30 and they showed up right on time. The delivery guys said that there was a small problem. The unit they had for me had a small dent in the front right at the bottom. I could either take delivery and they would knock off $50 or I could reschedule for another machine. They suggested I come out to the truck to take a look at it. It was a very small dent at the very bottom, hardly noticeable, so I went ahead and took it. They took the old one out and installed the new one under an hour. I am supposed to be getting my $50 credit in the mail from the manufacturer. I have this stated on the delivery reciept.

inferior service and product led me to call the owner of Bekins. I had talked with many others from the company, but wondered if the owner knew what a disaster this had been. I was first told that he was available, then I was asked five times to leave a voice mail. When I said I would simply hold until he was ready(I had already held for 20 minutes), a woman came on and said he wouldn't be able to talk with me because he was in meetings all day. I left all my info and ask her to ask Scott to call me. She assured me he would. Meanwhile, my husband and I looked closely at the machine. We are extremely unhandy people, but it looked to us as if the door was not closing tightly enough. When the repairman came again, he worked on the door. Since then, it has been fine. We never heard from the owner.

The service people sent from Bekins called to confirm their arrival and arrived on time. Before entering the house they covered their shoes with cloth covers, and proceeded to do the work. After working for several hours the estimate given for the repairs on a subsequent visit was honored and the work was completed in a very satisfactory manner.
