Thanks Kevin for an outstanding job on my upgrade! Your promptness and crafstmanship has restored my faith in hiring contractors. I know my project was a tough one, running that feeder line to my panel. You sure worked for the money today! Thank your helper for me too! Outstanding, prompt and you did as you quoted!

Contacted them just after Christmas and set an appointment to get some small electrical done (move outlets, install GFCI's).   They didn't show for the appointment ruining my plans to move the project forward during my holiday time off, nor did I receive a call.  I waited a couple weeks for a call and then finally gave in and contacted them.  Scheduled work with a different company and they finally called that day - but I told them I found another company to do the work.  It looks like other reviewers had the same issue.

He came out and took care of it. It took me a little bit of time to get a hold of him. He was a little hard to get a hold of but once I did, he came right out and took care of my problem. I was happy with it. He was good. The price was good and his quality was very good. Once I got a hold of him, he was very responsive. Once I made the appointment, he was here right on time.

Went very well. Kevin has been very reasonable and have used him in the past and plan on using him in the future.

It looked good from the start. Then we found out our dishwasher wasn't working about a day after the work was done. It was really old so we went a bought a new dishwasher and ordered installation. The installer discovered that the person from Behm Electric who split our kitchen electric never reconnected the ground to the dishwasher and it wasn't really broken, it just wasn't getting enough power to operate! Their mistake cost us another $600.00 plus the cost of the installer to reconnect the ground to the dishwasher! We felt it was an honest mistake and their work had been good in the past so we sent a letter to Kevin Behm and never got a response, not even an apology. All we wanted was someone to recognize the problem and give us some kind of response. We feel like we have been good customers so were really disappointed to be completely ignored. They also charged us (again) to rewire the upstairs electric outlet that had not been done correctly the month before.

WE ACTUALLY HAD ANOTHER COMPANY START THE JOB ON THE WIRING, AND THEY DIDN'T FINISH IT. WE CALLED THIS COMPANY, THEY TOOK OVER AND GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT.
